  Don't move here. I lived here for a little over two years and it was a horrible experience. The apartments are old and infested with cockroaches. They're not renovated, and you can hear everything your neighbors do in your own room because the walls are so thin you can hear their conversations perfectly. The office staff is incredibly rude when trying to explain things. It turns out that after more than a year, I just found out they're charging me $2,583 for something I don't know. I lived in my building until the very last day of my contract, everything was paid correctly, and I have all the receipts saved. I don't owe them anything, and yet they reported it to my credit. It's disgusting what they did; it was disrespectful. Don't move here. Don't pay any attention to what management says; they do it to get attention and make it seem like they take responsibility for the complaints you file after leaving a bad review. It's not worth moving here; there are thousands of better options. The worst person who works in that office is named Veronica. She's incredibly rude; they should suspend her since she clearly doesn't like it. Dealing with people, I hope this helps someone so they don't go through the same thing I did.

  Un complejo residencial limpio, tranquilo,tiene una hermosa piscina, gimnasio otros servicios y esta bien ubicado, tiene cerca colegios, comercios, clínica, bancos, etc.

  Never come here ever. Worst apartments you can ever live at. Maintenance will disrespect you left and right barge in without permission . Work above you at 8am making tons of noise in the morning and work with paint running down into your vents. Management doesn’t care about anything at all just their pay. This place is absolutely disgusting in and out I can’t believe I lived here. Bugs absolutely everywhere inside all cabinets and in the building. Mold built up in my vents and in bathroom area. I was given a trashy unclean apartment. I had to put in tons of maintenance request while living here that got half ass handled unprofessionally. My dishwasher built up mold over 5 times and flooded my kitchen area once or twice with a disgusting smell. I had to throw away countless kitchen ware due to that. Living here is like not caring about the conditions you live in or quality of life . From bugs , disrespectful uncaring staff and much more. Nothing was ever clean here ever. Don’t rent an apartment here unless it’s literally your last option and even if that still dont . Worst decision of my life I wouldn’t ever live here again even if it was the last place on earth. People will go in the pool at night make tons of noise who don’t even live here . This place is for people who don’t give a rats ass if they live with bugs . It’s constant request have to be put in. Police is always up here . I will be filing more against this place mark my words . I have everything documented . Good writtens idk how this place is even open . The gate constantly brakes. People come in through the exit gate that says not an entrance . Maintenance parked in my spot about 6 times this year with their golf cart and I had to park my car in the middle of the road and find someone to come remove their little golf cart out of my parking lot . They walked in once without permission while my girl was in the room with our baby doing stuff privately , live here if you want bugs as friends management who doesn’t care and mold! What’s stopping you ? Come on over to the dirtiest place on earth where the cabinet screws can’t even hold in place windows are dirty and everything else is broken. My patio door handle became loose over time like twice . All cabinets barely work and screws are loose . Windows not clean inside and out , the patio I was given was horribly bad and smelled feces all in the area. Neighbors threw down a pigeon once into my backyard . If I could give this place a negative one I surely would it’s below a zero . So many lawsuits available for someone who needs money! Come on over !!! To a place that doesn’t care at all ! So glad to be gone from this place . And this isn’t the end of my voice to them . I’ll see yall very soon in court about a number of things . Picture of maintenance below working above me at 8am with no care! About noise or paint running through my vents early as hell! You have all time of day and choose to make tons of noise and wake me out of my sleep.

  Fui a preguntar por información y la atención es excelente, pregunten por Alfonso es bilingue eso ayuda bastante, esperando con ansias para vivir aquí el departamento es hermoso y los precios insuperables. Gracias a alfonso por el trato que buen manager educado y muy informativo.
