- TATest AccountNov 5, 20251.0If you value your time and sanity, don't rent at Turnberry Isle Apartments! shortly after moving I noticed 5 of my electrical outlets were not functioning and despite making the request to fix it within the first 90 days maintenance was never sent out. It wasn't until after I paid for an electrician to come replace all 8 outlets that he found that he found some of them weren't wired to ground and could have been a fire hazard there went $300 dollars for service out of pocket. Next my air conditioning had gone out about 6 times and each time the problem was never fully resolved and guess what! it recently went out again I am going to be moving out soon anyway so I am not going to pay for an electrician again to resolve these lazy apartments issues. Next lets talk about the neighbor oh the neighbor. He would play loud music and at times sounds like parties at various times of the night and sometimes all night long. I had audio recordings, police reports and even some neighbors next to me said they experienced the same thing. Managements response was there wasn't enough evidence. Wow not a very unexpected response from this management. It got so bad I moved by bed out of the bedroom and into the living room and I could still hear the music blaring and at times I had to rent a hotel room to get away from the noise. I once again brought the issue to management's attention and their solution. Extort me for more money by paying them more money out of my pocket to move to another apartment on property or to a sister property and extend my lease for another possible 18 months HELL NO! Can't wait to move out and once I do I'll have to consider weighing my options for filing a complaint against this apartment complex for the crazy amount of suffering and expenses I had to endure as a result of their negligence and inability to resolve tenent issues.
