- LHLaverrio HolmesJan 18, 20191.0For my first apartment i thought that everyone just had a bad experience on what they were saying but NOOOO!!! they were right. I bought everything new in my apartment before i moved in and some how i got bed bugs and the apartments had a bunch of spiders and spider webs everywhere! I had to call the pest control twice to spray my apartment. The office people were nice, and the maintenance was fast. The parking is TERRIBLE, i got my car hit and dings and dents on my car. When i moved out back in October 2018 they hit me with so many fees, The lady that walked to do my inspection even said i left the apartment the way that they had it. My deposit was $200 and after all their fees i ended up owing them $60ish dollars. DO NOT MOVE HERE !!!!They will rip you off!!
