I would like to share how sweet and helpful the office staff is at the Meadow. I have lived here for 12 years, but this staff is exceptionally good to me. Michael, Autumn, Victoria, Hunter, and Chantalle always make me feel so welcome in the office. They are patient and kind with all of my needs, which makes it a very homie place to live. It makes you feel like you are not just a number in the village, and that it's more like a home because of the connection with the staff around you.
The quality of the staff chosen to work here is exceptional by The Village and the ownership. I appreciate everyone very much who works in the office, and I fell like I have made a connection with all of them. I am sad when they leave after making a strong connection, but I know because of the type of employee chosen here that they will go on to better things. Thank you to the owners and the entire village for making this feel more like a home than just an apartment.

It is my pleasure to rate the Village Meadow. I have lived here for 11 years and I love it. The leasing office staff is always friendly and cheerful, helpful and professional. The maintenance staff are stars! Always helpful, friendly and courteous, but most of all, the maintenance is so prompt. This also includes the outdoor employees who tidy up the grounds and keep the property looking cared for. They do this in all kinds of weather. So the maintenance staff are my heroes. And the neighbors are wonderful. Friendly without being intrusive. I think a well-run leasing office knows how to attract the nicest people.

Possibly the best property I’ve lived on in a very long time. Various amenities, clean grounds, and modern minimalistic look/feel. Highly recommend.

The pool is open to the public and millions of people are in the pool, feels dirty.
The paperwork I submitted should have been sufficient but these guys bothered me for one doc for a month when I needed to move urgently.
I have everything on autopayment but still, they charge you a 80 late fee because they did not deduct it from autopay. And kept arguing that it was written on the lease that it's my responsibility. You have my freaking bank account info, what else you want me to do?
