We recently dropped in without an appointment to tour The Village Dallas. We were pleasantly surprised how welcoming the leasing office staff was. Symeon was friendly and knowledgeable. He quickly understood our criteria and helped us find the perfect apartment! Our time with him made the decision to lease an apartment at the Village easy. Thank you Symeon!

I enjoyed my time here. Maintenance was always quick to resolve issues, friendly staff, clean grounds and parking lots. The apartments are overpriced, but you get many amenities such as 24/7 security, walking distance to coffee shop, big gym, and sports bar. The other perks are expensive restaurants/services or things you don't really use. Leaving because the rent isn't worth the price anymore. All of the amenities and events are open to the public, so it's not really special or exclusive. You can tell they're more money driven lately than community driven with prices and where the money they earn from the overpriced rent goes. I had been planning to go to the Christmas pop up this weekend, but only on their story on instagram was it posted that it was closed due to a private event. This was not an issue last year. Super disappointing, and sad to go.

We visited the Christmas pop-up. It is a gorgeous place to take photos. They offer expensive drinks and a few overpriced snacks.
