  Lived here for two years and it was great! When I moved out they asked for my forwarding address and other ways to contact me, most of which they already had, but I gave it anyway. Seemed simple enough. All my payments had been set up through autopay as a resident, which I was never late on. I guess they somehow didn't have any of my information once I was gone to pay whatever nonsensical move out fees they wanted to charge. Don’t remember receiving an email or anything in the mail of the new address I gave them about this, but nonetheless they sent me to collections, which was a nice thing to wake up to you. Either don’t move here, or don’t ever move out if you value your credit score is the lesson I’m learning.

  Large and clean units. Enjoyed access to great amenities including have both the central and community gym. Office team was extremely easy to work with and worked though any concerns quickly and professionally.

  PLUSES --- good location --- nice swimming pools --- trash pickup @ door NEGATIVES --- parking can be difficult --- thin walls & floors --- loud lawn mowers in EARLY morning --- office mgmt. non-responsive to noise complaints

  This morning I was awoken by a man operating a leaf blower below my bedroom window at 8am. This went on for 30 minutes. The office staff simply doesn't care. Complaints to the manager are worthless. The manager promises to do something about it (like having them start a little later in the morning) but nothing ever gets done. The only solution I can think of is to call ICE (Immigration & Customs Enforcement).

  Grounds people woke me up again early this morning (8 am) with assorted lawn mowing equipment blasting away. Office management said they'd have grounds people let me sleep until 9 am but they never followed through on their promise. I don't recommend this apartment complex to anyone who might sleep past 8 am.
