  The staff at the Village Cliffs and Lakes and especially Jacky the manager are singularly professional, helpful and always welcoming. This explains why the maintenance team is always prompt and excellent when responding to residents needs during the day and even after hours.

  I had no idea how much I would love living in the Village Cliffs before I moved in. But, “Wow!” this is such a great place to live. Right in a lake, lots of walking paths, the staff is sooo well informed. When I have the rare maintenance item, it is fixed before I get home. And I love the big trees and landscaping. The LOCATION is 5 minutes from NorthPark mall, 6 different grocery stores, lots of entertainment, and close to downtown Dallas and Addison night spots. I call it …. home!

  Having lived in the village cliffs for 4 years, I can give a well thought review. My experience here has been nothing short of incredible - especially as a community of people. From Mandi and other staff in the office, to Adolfo the lead maintenance technician, they do truly care about their residents and the community as a whole. This is the first apartment complex I’ve lived in where I felt “at home”, and truly felt connected to not just my neighbors, but a community of people. If you are even considering renting in the Dallas area, you won’t regret at least having a tour of the neighborhood. I’m sad to be leaving - if I could buy my apartment, I would - and so grateful for the opportunity to build community with these wonderful people. I will look back on my time here fondly.

  A decent place with a nice view. They can get a little pricey to have a lake side view, but overall the apartments are nice. The Village has it's perks, so that can be enjoyable.
