The office people don’t care a bit when ever you go and ask about cameras or the gate getting fix.moving out as soon as lease is over.

Quiet and clean environment, nice neighborhood.. snack in the office is a plus and the ladies in the office are super nice . Application and move in process and fast and easy .. all my questions answered and anything that needed to be fixed got fixed same day and the maintenance man was nice . Overall so far a good experience. My unit is spacious . I’m satisfied 🙂

I put in a maintenance request late at night (I went to stay with family) and the next day, first thing in the morning, the maintenance team was there to address the problem. Corey and Carlos tried troubleshooting a couple of different things but ultimately it was time to replace the entire unit. While waiting for it to be replaced, they brought me a portable unit so that my pup and I could stay cool and comfortable in our home. Corey and Carlos worked so quickly and I had the entire thing replaced before I even got home from work. The next day after replacement while walking my dog, Corey stopped to ask if everything was functioning okay with the new unit, something small that made me feel taken care of and valued as a resident. The maintenance team is top tier and I really appreciate their urgency to the matter and their compassion!
