    PLEASE DO NOT BELIEVE THE GOOD REVIEWS The worst Place to rent they Will Tow your car even though your plates are registered in the website on the complex No direct communication with management and they Freely tell you that they don’t care about the towing fees with the Game of the new management they washed their hands on the Fees and the. tell you that They won’t honor the past management agreement when is a lease That Overpassed that ! Court fees and proof of Rental Agreement also proof that the car was parked there Since May and the towing company didn’t take it is enough proof for The court to Rule in favor and made them reimburse Your money. Yes apt 324 you guys have my info reach me at anytime

    I have been trying to reach management for awhile with no luck. I was given an email which I repeated back and even spelled out to make sure it was correct only to have the email return by mailer-demon due to it being non existent. The 2nd email I was given after telling the office the first email you gave me is invalid, and again I repeated it and we both spelled it. It was also returned by mailer-demon due to it being non existent. Maybe this review will be seen for a working email. I’ve already tried calling multiple times and either goes to an AI help desk answering service or if I do speak to an office associate, I’m getting the run around on what I’ve been trying to communicate. I guess we see if this review is responded by the general, “sorry” or if anything improves with communication and not just saying to “call us” or something. Communication needs significant improvement. I hope for future tenants this becomes a reality.
