I’ve only been living at Hampton Apartments for one month, and the number of issues I’ve experienced already is very disappointing. Maintenance requests have not been properly handled and often require multiple follow-ups.
The biggest concern, however, is management. Communication has been poor, concerns are often minimized, and I’ve felt talked down to when simply trying to report issues in my own home. That lack of professionalism and accountability makes the experience even more frustrating.
I expected much better.

Do not move here if you don’t want to have your car broken into FOUR times (the gates are always open , no security gaurd even though they KNOW this area is bad, nothing done about my car as far as safety concerns!!) , poop everywhere , maintenance almost never comes on time , I’ve never ever had a roach or seen a roach in an apartment I live at but I am now seeing them also and pest control was supposed to come 4 Wednesdays ago . Only thing good about these apartments is the renting price , and they will only work with you when it comes towards rent MONEY.

I had an extremely frustrating and unprofessional experience applying at The Hampton on Jupiter, and I feel obligated to warn others especially those relocating from out of state.
On January 29, 2026, I received a written email from Claudia clearly stating that my application was approved but that I would need to proceed through ONEAPP due to an additional deposit requirement. Later that same day, I also spoke by phone with another leasing agent, Thearika, who again confirmed that I was approved and told me I needed to “hurry” and complete ONEAPP as soon as possible or risk denial.
Here’s the issue: I was never sent the ONEAPP link.
Despite being told there was urgency, no link was provided. I attempted multiple times to create an account on my own, only to receive an error message stating:
“Oops, it looks like you no longer have an active application.”
That message clearly implies that an application did exist in their system, but access was never properly provided to me.
After reaching out again, I was told to “hang tight” while they looked into it. I later received an email acknowledging that there was no activity showing that a link had been sent to me yet somehow, within two hours of the approval phone call, I received a denial email citing “incomplete application.
