    I do want to say this. Unfortunately, this wasn’t a good fit for me. Sam and Melissa were great. It’s just I feel that people should be more transparent when giving details. Please always read the fine print when you’re signing. Also, take more time (as I should have), when touring. I should’ve had them take me to the actual apartment instead of viewing something on video. Roach infestation massively on a scale I’d never seen before. I couldn’t believe my eyes. I’m not saying this to down anyone . This complex has the potential to be great, but it needs to start with truth and commitment to the tenants.

    Maintenance tracked dirt everywhere and did not even fix what needed to be done. Everything is haphazardly completed. Do not rent here.

    This is for the Ellington across the street as they are owned by the same company. Lived here 2 and a half years through 3 different owners. Summit Properties has been the worst!!!!!! Roach infested and have to chase them down for them to come spray. Half the outlets in my living room do not work. Multiple cracks from foundation issues and leaks. They attempted to fix the roof but it still leaks to this day. Maintenance does not come unless you call and email multiple times. Cant even say that anymore as its been 6 months where my 2nd bathroom has not been usable. Leaky sink lead to wood damage has not been replaced, spout fell off the tub not replaced. But they did come plunge the toilet and ignored the tub. But the best part in June a random payment was applied to my account wrongly. I was told by David, “gurl it look like someone paid for you, you are good.” I said “I did not authorize can you remove it so I can pay?” he said he would contact the manager Yvette. Fast forward 5 months with on time payments as I pay every month and no response there is now a balance due. Its that amount I was told not to pay. After talking with Yvette they would not acknowledge their mistake or take any amount off. They did offer a rental assistance number that was a google number that never returned my call. When I asked if they would take some off for the mistake I was told no. When asked to take some off bc my bathroom has been unusable for the last 6 months and im paying for a bathroom I cant use, they did not respond. But they did ask when I would pay the past due amount and threaten eviction if not paid after I threatened to contact corporate and the BBB. It will be paid but the fact that the only way they “worked with me” was to not put me out when it was their error is crazy. Update: finally fixed 2/9

    Originally the process seemed to be going okay. Then gradually it took a turn…there were inconsistencies with what was being offered online and what was actually available. The apts that I originally was told were available was not available. Then there was a conflict with up charged pricing for something that was not even accurate with what the description stated. On website the initial is said to have a fireplace, patio, etc. and it doesn’t have anything or any more square ft as other Aclassic units but cost more. I filled out app on Jan 19, 2026 but because of lack of communication and responses from staff I was not approved until February 3,2026. I was given mixed up requirements with other apps and the information that I sent in (when it was finally requested) wasn’t good enough, instead of contacting my new employer and verifying, I was told the offer letter (at the last minute) wouldn’t suffice and I needed job history form filled out for a job I hadn’t started yet. Then instead of office representatives taking accountability I was made to feel like it was my new employers and my fault for the hold up and miscommunications. The wall in the unit were not cleaned or freshly painted, and the kitchen/bathroom areas were in unkempt tidiness. The vents (some) are almost painted closed and there are no screens on windows which made the apartment have an order and not any good circulation. I have seen a few roaches (not a fan at all of that part for real. However, with all the facts stated here, after being in the unit for 2 days I can say the neighbors are quiet and seems to be a peaceful area.

    Absolute worst experience with a leasing office. The lack of professionalism, consistency, and accountability is alarming. Interactions have been dismissive and rude, and the overall process feels misleading at best.
