Ive lived here for a few years and plan on a couple more. The maintenance stays on top of their tickets and the office has worked and assisted me each time ive requested help. Luxury may not be a word that pops into my mind in regard to this property, but care, comfortable, and content do.
Love this apartment complex. The price is reasonable for the location and area it is at. It's close to Downtown, shopping malls and other attractions. It's quiet at night, which is great. Safe and peaceful environment. It has a lot of big trees and green. The management team is really helpful, professional and responsive.
Shout out to maintenance team, always quick and efficient. They respond to the request and get it done nicely every time.

Monse was a jewel. I have nothing but good things to say about The Fountains!!
My boyfriend and I have lived here for over a year. The apartment complex is peaceful and safe, and I love how much greenery we have around here, perfect for walking our dog. Though I'm not a big fan of the all carpet for a second floor apartment, but our apartment is spacious and feel very open. Overall, I would recommend living here.
Some of these reviews have to be fudged. I was there for a while and had my car broken into three times. The water is always being turned off to fix the old pipe system. The bathroom and kitchen seems have been design for the lollypop kids in the Wizard of OZ. The walls are thin so you can hear everyone. The bottom section of wood around my living room window was covered in black mold from the condensation on the glass and was rotting. I was always spraying it with bleach. The apartments were built in the early 1960s and need to be torn down. In my a opinion keeping the Fountain Apartments around is like putting a lot of makeup on a dead person and saying everything is okay. Also, even if you are a clean person like me that wont really matter, for in the spring and summer you need to get ready for the invasion of fire ants and roaches. I actually put a pair of jeans on one time and I was stung seven times. Lastly, every time we had a very bad storm the top section of my patio door would drip with water. Skip this place, there are better apartments out there and maybe less expensive. Good luck and I hope the best for you.
Side note: The review below mine is in my humble opinion is bogus. It is not a quiet place! It is so close to Central Expressway that the sounds of honking from cars and eighteen wheelers wake you up an night. Put in the address 10004 Regal Park Lane Dallas, Tx for yourself and see it. If you are near the entrance or exit gates they creak loudly and for a long time. Lastly, the yard people come very early and wake you up with their leaf blowers and loud conversations. The average leaf blower is about 105 decibels, which is louder than a two humans in an argument.
