  I don’t usually write reviews, but this apartment complex truly deserves it. From the moment I toured the property, I could feel a sense of comfort and reliability that immediately stood out from other places I visited. The staff were genuinely welcoming—not in a forced way, but in a way that made me feel like they actually cared about where I ended up living. What impressed me most is how well-maintained everything is. The hallways are always clean, the landscaping looks like it’s taken care of daily, and any time I’ve submitted a maintenance request, it’s been handled faster than I expected. It’s hard to find that level of responsiveness anywhere else. The community atmosphere is another big plus. The residents are friendly, and the place naturally gives you a sense of safety and belonging. I’ve noticed how quiet and respectful everyone is, which says a lot about the kind of environment the management works to maintain. Lastly, the amenities are exactly what you hope for—modern, clean, and actually useful. It’s easy to feel at home here because everything is designed to make day-to-day life less stressful. If you’re looking for a place where you can feel confident, comfortable, and genuinely valued as a resident, this is it. Moving here was one of the best decisions I’ve made.

  they advertise and put in the lease that they have a laundry room on site, but that is 100% a lie!. I have lived at The Finley for a year and yes, there is a room with washers and dryers next to the office, but in the year I have been here that room has had a huge pad lock on it the ENTIRE time! They DO NOT let anyone use the laundry room and lie and say they do because technically they do but haven't let anyone inside for over a year at this point...also the pool never opened not once the entire summer. Again just lies that it would ....also I had to live without air-conditioning with my apt temperatureinside was reading 90 degrees at night for over 2 months before they even give me a window unit to use till it finally was fixed almost a month later! So that's 3 months almost that they made me live without central air. And then they cut a huge hole in my kitchen to replace my electrical box and have never come back to put my wall back together.that was back in July and it's November now.....
