I should have known better than to move here. It’s a nightmare. They insist you use the online portal for maintenance, but it’s useless. They sent one person who looked at the problem, said 'I can't fix this, I have to call maintenance,' and then disappeared forever. When I finally demanded answers, the office actually admitted they 'don't have the money' to do repairs and I’d have to wait weeks for them to get funds. Do not rent from a company that can't afford to fix their own building.

Very disappointed with the management here. It takes forever to get anything fixed. You have to constantly chase them for updates, and even when they promise to come by, they often don't show up. They seem to have major budget issues because I was told I had to wait weeks for funds just to get standard repairs done. If you value a responsive management team and a working apartment, look elsewhere.

I would not recommend this complex. The experience has been frustrating from the very start. The application process was incredibly slow and disorganized, which should have been my first warning. Since moving in, maintenance has been non-existent. We have serious issues in our unit that have been ignored for a long time. When maintenance finally does show up, they just look at the problem and leave without fixing anything. Management also makes unprofessional excuses about 'waiting on funds' to do basic repairs. It feels like they don't have the budget to properly run this place. Save yourself the stress.

Do not move here if you expect things to get fixed. I have been waiting 3 months for a repair that I requested on move-in day. Maintenance comes in, looks at it, promises to send someone to fix it, and then ghosts me. Nothing ever happens. Parking is just as bad. Unless you want to pay extra for a covered spot, good luck. It is nearly impossible to find an open space. The only positive experience I had was with David during the application process, but clearly, that was just to get me in the door. Once you move in, you are on your own.

I wanted to love this place. During the application process, David was absolutely awesome—helpful, communicative, and made everything seem perfect. Unfortunately, the moment I signed the lease, the service completely fell apart. My biggest issue is the maintenance team. I have had an open maintenance request for 3 months now—literally since the day I moved in. They have a habit of showing up, looking at the problem, saying 'we'll send a guy back to fix it,' and then I never hear from them again. It is an endless cycle of empty promises and zero results. Living with broken amenities for a quarter of a year is ridiculous. On top of that, the parking situation is atrocious. Unless you pay extra for a covered spot, finding open parking is like trying to find water in a desert. There are nowhere near enough spaces for residents, making coming home after school incredibly stressful. David is the only reason this isn't zero stars. If the maintenance team had even half of his work ethic, this place might be livable. As it stands? Look elsewhere.
