  The price of these units is simply not worth what you receive. The exterior of the property is far more attractive than the interior, where the wear and tear on nearly everything is very noticeable. The biggest issue for me was the condition of the unit upon move in. It looked like it had not been cleaned. Considering the amount of money required upfront and the cost of rent, I was excited and expected to move into a beautiful, well-prepared space. Instead, I walked into a unit with floors covered in dust, water rings and smudges across the kitchen counters and appliances, bird poop covering the entire balcony, old jewelry left in the carpet, rust and mold in the shower, and even a broken garage. I was genuinely shocked and felt like I immediately regretted my decision. I had lived in much cheaper apartments prior to moving here and had never experienced something like that. I reached out to management regarding these concerns but never received a response. Additionally, the area does not feel safe. I often feel uncomfortable taking my dog for walks and always see people who clearly don’t live here walking through the garage aRea and inside the gated areas. The maintenance team has been responsive and timely, which I do appreciate. Ultimately, I will not be renewing my lease because the cost can no longer be justified given my overall experience.

  So glad my application was cancelled. This team is horrible and doesn’t respond to anything. Had a tour and they didn’t even bother to show up, even afterwards confirming the appointment twice. I tried to ignore the reviews, but it’s obvious that everything the tenants are saying about the management team is 100% correct. Don’t waste your time.

  Lived there for two years and had issues with the utilities almost ever 2-3 months. Management is difficult to work with but the maintenance stuff was good. Management said getting your deposit back would take 1-30 days. It is day 44 and they barely respond to a single email. It takes them 7 days to respond to an email. Even then they don’t give you any help. Will never think about living there or recommend any friend to live there
