Despite this, Chris, Omar, and the maintenence team has managed to make up for the AI's shortcomings and provide us critical, personal help when we needed it. I can not give the maintenence team high enough praise for how above and beyond they go with the tenants.

He’s fast, skilled, and actually cares about the work he does. Every issue I’ve ever had—from small fixes to major repairs he knocks it out with professionalism and zero excuses. Reliable maintenance is rare, but he’s the reason this place runs the way it does. Best maintenance man and front office team I’ve ever had. Period. I will be loyal due to this for sure. They will move mountains for you!!

When an issue arises they care of it right away. Not a lot apartment complexes have a decent maintenance crew. One thing I know if you have Luma Maintenance your in good hands. Office personnel at The Brazos is Amazing. I'm pleased to be a resident here.
