They don’t allow you to have anything, not even to hang your clothes to dry on a rack!!! Their vehicle police is insane, you have small dent and they want to town your car. Oh but when you ask them to fix something, they take FOREVER. Don’t recommend the place. Stay away if you can. The gates never work. Half of the summer they close the pool and the gym. Not really worth it.

- OLOmar LedezmaOct 31, 20251.0Tengo casi 1 año aquí y ya estoy loco por que se acabe mi contrato, el peor lugar donde puedas vivir en dallas, todo el apto viejo y deteriorado, sin decir que hay que estar fastidiando para que te arreglen algo en la casa, las cucarachas nunca desaparecieron, ya son parte de la familia en pocas palabras, viene pest control y no hace nada, también se la pasan indigentes adentro del residencial ya que nunca está bueno el portón, duermen y dejan su ropa en frente de mi casa o en las escaleras, fuman de todo tipo de drogas en las escaleras frente a mi casa, orinan donde se les plazca y ya se imaginarán el olor que hay, y el leasing no hace nada al respecto, le he enviado correos a la manager y ni respondo, por qué si vas a la oficina te tratan como un perro y te sacan diciéndote que envíes un correo que nunca contestan, en fin EL PEOR lugar que puedas vivir.
