I did some research afterwards, and learned that it’s not necessary a safe place to live. Therefore, I decided against moving there.

It’s obvious they do not care at all and it shows in the effort put forth. To get them to do anything you basically have to threaten to get a lawyer. If they replaced their current staff with more competent and trustworthy staff this place would be stellar. Be careful of them trying to get away with things. They have lied and mislead us on multiple occasions and I had to get them to fix the original contract.
