- DHDeedee HolmesDec 22, 20251.0I have lived here for three years, and while the first two were great, the quality of life has plummeted. The property has become overrun with unsupervised kids who are actively destroying the complex—tearing up landscaping, breaking gates, and loitering on AC units outside windows, right in front of our patio and in the breezeway running up and down the stairs overall being loud and obnoxious. The breezeways are constantly trashed with food and wrappers. noise insulation is non-existent, and management doesn't seem to care about floor placement. To make matters worse, management placed a large, high-activity family on the second floor above us. The constant stomping and running happens at all hours, including quiet hours. These neighbors also throw food (noodles, chips, trash) off their balcony right in front our patio. Despite trying to handle this like adults, nothing changes. Most of the office staff are rude and unhelpful, with the exception of Ms. Lauren, who is the only one worth talking to. We haven't been able to enjoy a single amenity since moving in. We can’t wait for our lease to end so we can finally leave. If you value peace, quiet, or cleanliness, look elsewhere. This is just one of the many pictures I should have been taking…

Renee and the receptionist, on the other hand, are extremely disrespectful and often act discriminatory toward minority residents, treating us as if we don’t deserve any help at all. The apartments themselves are in terrible condition. There’s a severe bug problem throughout the property, and the walls are in awful shape—they just paint over everything to make it look fixed when it really isn’t. Things break easily, and the entire place feels like an abandoned building. Honestly, it’s like living in a cardboard box.
