  I have been here for a month, and I truly want to thank Jurnee for the smooth help and move in process she made everything so quick and easy! i loveeee her! SAY WHAT YOU WANT but I am not a fan of bugs, and my apartment is nowhere near "infested" no bug no anything! NOT ONE in sight! I was able to walk my unit before signing my lease and loved it the moment I walked in. Not only is Rancho Palisades quiet but I love the Amenities!! It is really peaceful and quiet. My building and unit have no issues. The first month I noticed my microwave stove light went out and maintenance came to fix it the next day. I have absolutely NO ISSUES! thank you Jurnee!

  Been living here for the last 2 years and have no complaints, staff is very friendly and any problems I had in the apartment got resolved in less than a day

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5-Star Review for Rancho Palisades I would love to take a moment to praise Mr. Stephen Lewis and the entire management staff at Rancho Palisades. From day one, they have consistently gone above and beyond to make this community feel like home. Mr. Lewis is truly exceptional—professional, attentive, and always willing to help. He listens carefully, addresses concerns quickly, and treats every resident with genuine respect and care. The management team at Rancho Palisades is just as outstanding. They are warm, welcoming, and always available when needed. Their dedication to keeping the property running smoothly and ensuring residents have a positive living experience is clear in everything they do. I am extremely grateful for the excellent service, kindness, and support provided by Mr. Stephen Lewis and the entire management staff. They truly make Rancho Palisades a wonderful place to live, and they deserve all the recognition for their hard work and commitment. I have to acknowledge the maintenance staff. They are exceptionally quiet, professional, and prompt in addressing any inquiries. It took them only 30 minutes to arrive and resolve my issue. Their efficiency is commendable. I encourage them to maintain this level of service. If I find myself in the vicinity again, I will undoubtedly choose to rent from your company. Highly recommended!

  Please don’t believe the hype of the positive reviews. (That is to distract you.) Roach infested on every level. (First floor to the third.) You will see roaches of every size and every kind. They are extremely invasive not even weekly pest control will stop it. The leasing agents will lie and say there aren’t any roaches despite the fact you see them on the daily in your own apartment. (Found one in my dog’s water bowl, another on the counter, one on my ceiling and so many others in my cabinets….all in one day.) Certain leasing agents who coincidentally have such positive reviews, are actually the ones you want to steer clear of. (One is very deceitful, unhelpful and aloof, and another one has such an off putting approach to how she talks to residents.) Maintenance is inconsistent and can’t keep up with the demands of such a large property. Find a different community to rent from unless you want roaches as permanent roommates. 🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳

  We have been tenants at Rancho Palisades for 22 years and have consistently experienced excellent service and quality living. The property is well-maintained, with prompt responses to maintenance requests and continued attention to overall community appearance. Management and leasing staff have always n been professional, courteous and responsive to resident’s needs. The complex is clean, secure and conveniently located near shopping centers/ malls, restaurants, churches and major highways. After more than two decades of residency we remain satisfied tenants and highly recommend Rancho Palisades Apartments to anyone seeking for a well-managed and comfortable community.
