While the location was convenient—close to downtown and my office—nearly everything else was a disappointment. The surrounding area felt unsafe, with a constant presence of homeless individuals nearby. During my time there, I went an entire week without air conditioning in the middle of the Texas summer. I experienced three separate water leaks in one year, and mold was found growing inside my A/C unit. The maintenance team consistently proved to be unqualified or unwilling to properly address these issues. I paid out of pocket for a mold test and was never reimbursed. Water stains and mold spots appeared across my ceiling, creating an unsanitary and unacceptable living environment. In addition, the leasing office staff were unprofessional and confrontational. Any time I raised concerns or requested necessary repairs, I was met with hostility. They frequently attempted to issue violations for minor issues and even had my car towed from the property for a scrape when other cars were missing whole bumpers and extreme issues, costing me additional money and stress. Overall, this complex was unsafe, unsanitary, and extremely poorly managed. I would not recommend living here under any circumstances.
