  DON’T LIVE HERE IT’S UNLIVABLE!! There are roaches IN THE WALLS!!! My fiancé has gotten her apartment bug bombed TWICE and it’s only made the problem WORSE. We moved her mini fridge and there were HUNDREDS of roaches living underneath. Not only this but my fiancé was attacked by a pitbull here and the apartment company has still made NO ACTION against the owner. We had to threaten to sue in order for the complex to respond to our attorney and STILL NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE!!!! People are loud. Packages get stolen. I could go on and on. PLEASE DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!

  They are a bad organization, unfair and convenient for themselves, the amount of chiripas there is absolutely exaggerated. I left that property because of its policies. They kept more than 80% of my deposit even leaving the apartment spotless. I don't recommend them. Son una mala organización, injustos y conveniente para ellos mismos, la cantidad de chiripas que hay es absolutamente exagerado. Salí de esa propiedad por sus políticas. Sr quedaron con mas del 80% de mi deposito aun dejando el apartamento impecable. No los recomiendo

  Do not move here unless you want your unit to be filled with roaches! Apartment charges for monthly pest control and yet it’s up to the resident if they want to use the pest control. New Management running the apartment complex in the ground! Never have had roaches in my now I’m living with roaches due to someone else’s until being infested.

  I been here since Aug 2022.... I love it here!! Great prices! Great Location!! GREAT LEASING STAFF!! Ample Parking! Maintenance is on POINT! It's SUPER QUIET OUT HERE considering it's RIGHT NEXT to PBGT Highway!!!! I mean QUIET QUIET!!! THE POOL AREA IS WONDERFUL!! They keep the Property up!! If I wasn't relocating due to Family reasons, I would have DEFINITELY renewed my lease!! The prices they had for me to renew for a 18 month lease was UNBELIEVABLE!! All the Ladies in the leasing office are AWESOME!! I travel for work and sometimes I'm gone for weeks at a time...they got my mail for me and are Sooo accommodating! I even was gone for 2 wks and FORGOT to close my bedroom window ( I mean it was literally OPEN OPEN!!) and My apartment was UNTOUCHED when I came back home!! IT IS VERY SAFE IN THIS COMPLEX and Feels like Home!!! Ms. JASMINE is the Property manager...VERY PROFESSIONAL AND WELCOMING and SUPER SUPER SWEET!! SHE IS THE BEST!! THEY ALL ARE THOUGH!!! I WILL TRULY MISS Y'ALL!! YALL ARE THE BEST! If I EVER find myself having to move back to Dallas, I'm DEFINITELY coming back to Preston Village ❤️❤️ I appreciate every one of you!!! Ms. Dunn❤️

  I’ve had a great experience living here! The property is well maintained and maintenance always responds to service requests quickly. Big shout out to Jazmine, the property manager; always friendly, helpful, and goes above and beyond to make sure residents are taken care of! Highly recommend Preston Village Apartments
