  So sad to have moved out of these apartments. I lived here for the last 5 years and loved it. With only 30ish units you get to know everyone. Being a single female I love how it is built like a fort and always have felt safe. Each unit is huge and gets tons of natural sunlight. It’s apartment living so of course on occasion you will hear your neighbors walking. In the 5 years I lived here I never had one major issue with my unit. One thing I will say that another resident pointed out to me is that the AC units are awesome. Now that I have moved to my new place I definitely miss that ac unit! Juan in maintenance is so kind and quick to fix any issues. Monse with management is ALWAYS on top of any issues and works quickly to resolve them. The overall team at Park Fountains is great and I promise you won’t regret it!

  Amazing and attentive staff that literally are the the kindest and most professional working group that I have ever had the pleasure of renting from. Love this building.

  We are in our 3rd year of living at Park Fountains and we don't plan to leave anytime soon! The apartments are large and modern. The location is great with easy access to anywhere you need to go in Dallas. The building and amenities are clean, well-maintained, and quiet. Both management and maintenance are super responsive and helpful. It's absolutely a diamond in the rough!
