My family member recently moved into this apartment complex and had a great experience, so I wanted to share that. They mentioned the leasing office was very responsive, professional, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. From what they told me, everything went smoothly and communication was clear. They were also really impressed with how nice and clean the apartment was at move in. It’s reassuring to know they’re in a place that made the transition so easy and positive.

The leasing office was extremely responsive and easy to work with they answered all my questions quickly and made the process smooth. The apartment itself was very nice and clean upon move-in, which I really appreciated. Overall, a very positive experience and I would definitely recommend this community to others.
One90 is the best! The community is in a convenient location with easy access to nearby shopping and restaurants, which makes daily life really simple. The grounds are usually kept clean, and the property has a modern feel. The leasing office staff is friendly and helpful when it comes to questions about leases and renewals. Maintenance requests are handled in a reasonable timeframe, and the team communicates updates when needed. 10/10 recommend living here✨
If I could give this Apartments a one star rating I would. Taylor was very UNPROFESSIONAL and adamant when it came to communicating . Once I applied i submitted all the paperwork needed then I received an email saying I was approved then I reached back out to follow up with her in regards of the next steps thats when Taylor gave me no response then proceeds to tell me they couldn't approve my application due to me not responding. This apartment complex is really a joke! DO NOT MOVE HERE!!
I’m giving this community 3 stars, and that’s only because of Taylor and Jennifer. They have been the only consistently helpful, kind, and responsive staff members. They truly try their best, and it shows!! The community is beautiful and has outstanding amenities. Unfortunately, managers have been disappointing. The current property manager rarely follows up and is always “busy” and communication has been poor, and concerns don’t feel like a priority. Since Bertha left, the property seems to be going downhill. Trash has become an issue, certain neighbors are disruptive, and Building 4 elevators constantly smells like dog urine. It doesn’t feel as well-maintained as it once did I see that previous lead maintenance is no longer here, and since that change, work orders do not feel like they are being completed as quickly. There was a time when maintenance requests were handled rapidly and efficiently, but that no longer seems to be the case. Supposedly, freon isn’t available for the AC, even though it’s considered an emergency...it’s been weeks😒 In Texas heat, that is not something residents should have to worry about. On Sunday around 10pm, I noticed ICE presence on the property I took a pic but is a little blurry . Later, I heard they had arrived around 4am. Situations like that create anxiety for residents, and again, there was no communication from management.
This place has potential, but leadership and overall upkeep need serious improvement.
