  I have lived on Montfort place apartments for over twelve years and I’ve seen a few managers here and I have to say that this place managed the best at this time and I love it here . Thank you all 🌹

  Really disappointed and I haven't even lived here a week. Dealing with the most roaches of my life and they booted my car because I didn't follow a policy that they did not make me aware of. I asked on move in day if there was anything else I needed to do and they said we were all set. The assistant manager is really patronizing and I miss my old apartment more than ever. I'm feeling scammed and I've been lied to about getting notices and a letter on my door. I'm hoping someone can make this right but I have no faith that this will get better. I think I'm trapped in a long lease with unreliable management.

  The front office is great and very polite, specifically Vanessa who was our leasing agent. thank you for making the move in such a great and smooth process and working overtime to get us the ESA situation taken care of. The apartments themselves are a great value and the community itself is quiet, just watch out for Montfort road noise, people are crazy on that road. I've never waited more than a few days for a maintenance request to be taken care of, and the maintenance guys are pleasant to deal with, specifically Marcus. Despite some hiccups regarding parking, I am overall very happy with our decision to move here. I hope to make this place our home for years to come

  TL:DR - 20/10 stars. HIGH KEY RECOMMEND Let me start off by saying this, why wouldn't you want to live here?? This truly has been one of the most amazing apartment complexes I've ever lived at. Every aspect of this community is phenomenal. Laura, the leasing agent who gave my tour, absolutely sold me on living here. She was very friendly, funny and personable during my time here. Showing me several apartments that may work for me including telling me about and showing me additional units that were not originally discussed to view. She went above and beyond showing me every amenity and feature the complex had. The apartments are older but the layouts are fantastic; plenty of space for your items with really good floor plans and features. You won't have granite counters or stainless steel appliances but personally, I never really understood the allure of rented luxury. The property has a lot of amenities to offer that are rarely seen. They have a bigger dog park than most places. They also have a dog washing station, a sauna included with their expansive gym and a sand volleyball court within the pool area! The neighbors are so nice and friendly and I've met so many people in my short time of being here already. It's nice to know other people are watching to see who is coming around the property. The entire property is gated, inluding the mail room and walkways, with only personal access provided to tenants. So it does limit the traffic and ability to come into the complex, keeping it more secure. The front office staff is by far the most amazing staff I have ever come across for an apartment complex. Each person I have spoken with has been very kind, compassionate and tremendously helpful. You can tell each person sincerely cares about each tenant. Jalisa, the property manager has been extremely quick to resolve any issue big or small that I have brought to her attention. The maintenance staff is top notch as well. I placed a laundry list of items I needed looked at one night and the next morning, first thing, they were there to take care of everything! Not only were they extraordinarily quick in fixing a couple of things in my apartment, they were kind in explaining how some things worked in my apartment that I thought were broken. They were careful around my items and cleaned up after themselves. You can tell each employee here has a lot of care for this property. To see a maintenance crew going around the complex picking up trash goes to show just how much care each person brings to this place. The apartments are nestled into a nice little area where anything your heart could desire is a short drive away but tucked off of the main path so there's not a lot of traffic getting in and out of the complex. I am so blessed and so excited to call this place my home. I am thrilled to have the chance to live here now and hopefully for many years to come. Come see for yourself how beautiful and well maintained this property is and you'll see exactly why you should call this place home.
