The apartments are in very poor condition, with outdated appliances and constant maintenance problems that either take forever to address or never get properly fixed at all. The property feels unsafe, especially at night, and there is little to no visible security, which makes living here stressful. The office staff is another major issue. They are rude, dismissive, and unhelpful, and often act like residents are an inconvenience for asking simple questions or requesting basic services. To make matters worse, I was charged for things that were not my responsibility, and every attempt to get clarification resulted in excuses, delays, and no real answers. Overall, this is a run-down and poorly managed property with no accountability. Save yourself the frustration, wasted money, and constant headaches — there are far better places to live.

She was super kind and cooperative with me, looking for the best options for me and the complex looks very nice and clean

It’s also quiet considering being so close to the airport and DNT. The maintenance team is great, especially Marcus. Honestly, he’s seems to be the only maintenance worker sent for my requests and the only one I’ve witnessed working.

Moving in on the first day was terrible apartment was never cleaned out and that the apartment was infested after looking through the kitchen. After I complained and tried to get released from the lease. They ignored me for 4 days until they could get past a period of time where I can't be released from the lease. Lease says they charge previous renters for any damages and when moving out it has to look "as it was" when you first moved in. So I did I left the roach infested poop there and dead bugs that they said they would clean out and never did. So I was then charged $1200 after I moved out. The only mess I left was the mess they left in the kitchen when they moved us in. Maintenance kept entering without notice. My unit had an insane amount of roof leaks and faucet leaks. Enjoy these pictures and you guys can decide. Please save yourself the trouble and move elsewhere
