  Llevo como 9 o 10 meses vieviendo aqui voy hablar honesto desde mi experiencia. El muchacho que atiende en la oficina es muy amable y eso no puedo decir que no, el apartamento por dentro por lo menos en donde vivo yo es muy comodo, la cocina es grande y comoda el aire bueno. Pero, La propiedad es un desastre las calles estan todas malogradas llenas de oyos si no pagas el parkeo vip es dificil conseguir parkeo asi que uno tiene aue camimar un poco. El verdadero problema es la gente que viven aqui o por lo menos a mi alrededor lo que viven es un puñado de borrachos y marihuanos orrible que se olvidan que son unos apartamentos y no su casa donde aqui vivem mas gente. Cada findesemana desde las 9am hasta la noche nunca apagan la musica y la tienen vomumen alto si eres una persona que te gusta acostarte temprano no vivas aqui, esta gente no respetan nada vas a ver cervezaz y cigarrillos tirados en todas las esquinas. Si eres una persona tranquila sin vicio y te gusta la paz estos apartamentos no son para ti. Otra cosa donde vivo cuando llueve se inunda hay como un oyo y caminar con tenis te vas a mojar nunca lo han arreglado. En fin estos apartamentos son para puros borrachos y gente que les gusta la mala vida, si me preguntan si los recomiendo pues si eso no te molesta adelante. Yo cuando termine mi contraro me voy. Orrible lugar bajo mi opinion y criterio.

  I just want to say the ladies in the office are very nice I spoke with all 3 of them, I believe there names are Crystal, Nancy and Karen. I am looking for a later date for move in they answered all my questions. If and when I decided to move to Texas I will be going to Lumina. They had me laughing by the time I lefted out of there and I want to live where I feel at home. Thank you ladies for making me feel at home for the short time I was there touring.

  These are literally the worst apartments ever they are filled with rats,my brother has been dealing with leaks all over the house probably because of the rats chewing threw everything and bath tile is falling apart the tub has a crack that leaks water every where so I'm pretty sure the walls and flooring is covered in mold and yesterday the power in the kitchen outlets went out that means his refrigerator is off and the food inside is all going bad although he mark this as an emergency maintenance request no one has come to fix the issue which means 100$ worth of food has to be thrown out this is insane for the price they charge

  Muy mala experiencia viviendo en estos apartamentos Lumina tengo más de 1 mes reportando fugas de agua del baño donde está el motor del aire y nunca repararon nada y ahora hasta el techo me cayó encima de tanta agua cayendo y ellos como si nada pasara y la tina toda rota y llena de mojo y el agua se mete al cuarto es una inundación. Alguien que me aconseje qué hacer en este caso por favor. Es de lo peor vivir aquí y pagando rentas muy altas 😰😰😰
