    Being the Fronter representative for this property has always been a pleasure. But ever since Thadius, Mirna, and Carolina took over management it has been night and day the way the property has ran. Each time I walk in here there is always someone to greet me and assist with anything needed. Mirna and Carolina take pride in their work and it shows with how they present themselves. Thadius has done great work as the property manager. This is one of the best properties in the Dallas area!

    To Whom It May Concern, The situation has gone from bad to worse. Management was expected to resolve these issues, yet that clearly has not happened. I am now being charged $300 plus contract-related penalties for insurance, supposedly because I have not signed the lease—despite the fact that I have been coming since August 30 to sign. Each time I have been told that “the system is not working.” I also submitted the required proof of the apartment’s insurance so that no penalty would be charged. Nevertheless, this month I am still being billed both the insurance penalty and an additional $300 related to the lease. This is completely unacceptable and shows a serious lack of professionalism. For the sake of my own safety and my children’s, I will not remain here under these conditions. I therefore expect to be released from the lease within the 30-day notice period required by law. If management refuses to allow this, I will have no choice but to file a formal complaint and pursue legal action.
