    Were these apartments designed to be a major safety / health issue? Do the owners do ANY due diligence??? I've only lived here a few months and MOLD is growing everywhere due to the fact there is no ventilation in these units. The leasing office doesn't give a damn about anything. This place should be shut the hell down.

    I scheduled an apartment tour for Saturday. Even called the leasing office on Friday to double check that I was good to come over, and they confirmed. The day of, I showed up and was told I couldn't tour. They could have sent an email/text/call to let me know.

    The stars are for greatness.... The staff is wonderful and welcoming and thoughtful as you enter to inquire for a home her. That same feeling is giving as you enter your beautiful home that's very beautiful and spacious and comfortable.........

    Move in was okay. The apartment manager is incredibly nice and overall love the layout of the place. However, we paid extra for a newly renovated unit, but there's been several little things that make me wonder if the renovation was done in a hurry. There is no towel rack in the bathroom, the shower rack is much too far from the bath, chipped paint in some places, internet boxes with wires sticking all out (which is dangerous), and several other little cosmetic issues that we've had to address since moving in. They should go over the units more carefully after a renovation. Seems rushed and sloppy.

    So far its been pretty good here, Thaddeus at the office has been great about getting in contact on a few issues on move in but overall it has been a good experience.
