- CECharles Evans3 days ago1.0This is th worst place to stay because they don't fix anything, we had black mold, paint peeling off the walls, water damage inside the walls and when they finally came out to do some repairs they reused the rotten tack strips for the carpet and would just patch over not fixing the problem completely like putting lipstick on a pig. The office manager is rude and always makes excuses to why they can't do something. They are pure trash... just check out my photos that I uploaded. Oh and not to mention a huge roach problem.

Maintenance is constantly coming into my apartment without notifying me before or after . Doesn’t matter if someone’s home or not, they will come into my apartment and do whatever they need to do & will not notify me that they entered my home . Lots of appliances like the bedroom closet , kitchen cabinet & bathroom cabinet was broken before I moved into my unit and it’s currently still broken nine months later. I have no idea why maintenance is constantly coming into my home, but hes never fixing anything ! It’s beyond disrespectful & rude ! Not to mention the price of rent changes every month ! One month it could be 1000 next month it could be 1200 , next month 1100 DO NOT MOVE HERE !
