I Have been in this apartment for 2 years. The first week I moved in, someone tried to break into my car and messed up my door. A few months the same year, someone stole my car and the police found the car 2 days after with it being messed up. When I told the apartment office they couldn't do anything about it. When I asked them why they didn't have cameras in the back, they said they decided not to have cameras there because they have security that walks around there, which isn't convincing. And now today, they broke into my car, broke the window, opened my glove box, and took out everything. This is not an apartment to rent, if you want a safe place to stay, infinity on the mark is not a safe place to be. So, know now or later regret it.

Multiple cars were broken into. The gate has been broken for over a year. When asked about it they said a work order was submitted and yet nothing has been done. I am paying for a service and the service I pay is not being rendered.

This apartment complex is fraudulent. One is their prices online don’t match what they tell you when you actually start talking to them. They say their application fee is 25 dollars which is also a lie. They also say they will or will not refund the Administrative fee. You pay your application fee and administrative fee and together it cost $225. And they still deny you and not refund you your money. I think this is a scam of an apartment and I think they find ways to steal peoples money and still deny them. I wouldn’t live in an apartment like this if it was the last one left. I wouldn’t advise anyone to live here period.

If I could leave zero stars I would I moved in the apartment 2024 and moved out October 2025 when my lease was up and couldn’t have been happier to leave they made me pay 3000 dollars in order to move out mind you I’ve never been late on rent, they refuse to give me my deposit back Rosa claims she’s heard nothing about any refund but I have emails and a phone call of Rosa and Teresa saying they will call me back or refund my money but now they are acting clues, refuse to give me any money back even though I’ve paid 3000 dollars the least you could do is give me my deposit back but it’s fine we will take this to court and I will sue this apartment for having someone who is not apart of their company work on my house and for the roaches ingestion and refusing to give me my money back, when stated I have been calling since I’ve moved out and now it’s 2026!! Don’t waste your time here ! Way better places they aren’t just money hungry and truly care about there residents. I will see you in court Rosa then we will see if you remember that phone call, you need me to forward that in a email too or will you see this? I’ve also asked for her bosses number but refuses to give it since nothing can get done.

They should improve their customer service. The people who work there are not at all friendly. When I send someone to ask for information, they are unhelpful. I've been trying to contact them for over a month to pay a supposed debt I owe, and they won't give the information to my husband. I just want to pay what I actually owe. The customer service is truly terrible.
