Smoking is not allowed in apartments, and yet management allows our neighbor to do so. I was told they cannot search an apartment on suspicion but they have done 'randomn' inspections in the past. We are getting second hand smoke from our neighbors through our vents.
I spoke with the front office lady at the office weeks ago and even told her I'd call corporate. She shrugged her shoulders and basically said she can't do anything about it. My kids have started to cough and I have been taking them to the doctor. I have also put in work orders for maintenance to come smell or check our vents. Not a word from them or the office. Very sad, I have been here for 11 years and this is the lowest it has been.

Maintenance is LAZY! They patch stuff. Not repair! Be prepared to file complaint with rental rights & better business bureau! You must show them you pay for where you stay and that means business!

Si tu no tienes tus documentos legales tú no puedes vivir aquí.”
