Thank you Demark for your fast and sufficient service!!!! 😊
I’ve been here since 2024 and I have no complaints about the Management team or the Maintenance staff. They’re very professional and prompt.

Just moved here a week ago. Nothing says home sweet home like a dirty oven, dirty tub , dirty burners and of course, nuts and bolts in the garbage disposal that makes a lovely sound for first time use. Not sure who the previous resident was but I hope they didn't charge them a cleaning fee since it was dirty and dusty in here. Dust bunnies dancing off the door frame, just lovely. 🥰🥰🥰
*Long but overdue honest review!*
My stay at Greyson’s Gate has honestly been great. Like any apartment community, there are occasional hiccups, but overall I’ve had a really positive experience. I’ve read some of the reviews and feel like a lot of issues come down to people not liking policies or situations that are out of the office’s control.
I’ve never had problems with management. Sonia and Angelica are always helpful, communicative, and consistent. They send reminders, follow up on work orders, and stay on top of things. Maintenance has been great too—I’ve personally had good interactions with Demark.
The resident events are actually really cool and way more consistent than other apartments I’ve lived at. Towing rules are very clear—don’t park where you’re not authorized. And if you ever need help outside of maintenance hours, they make it clear to call the patrol company or 911, which I appreciate.
If you’re thinking about moving here, do it. The rent is affordable and the customer service really is great. My last community’s office staff was rude and never answered emails or calls, so this has been a huge difference. Just be open-minded and remember you’re renting, not owning a home.
Overall, the good here definitely outweighs any negatives. Things have continued to get better every year, and it really shows that Sonia cares and has made positive changes for the community.

JUST LIVE SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!! Maintenance services are the only positive aspect of this establishment and, frankly, the primary reason for my continued residency. Since the departure of the previous property manager , and the hiring of less experienced staff, I have observed a significant decline in the quality of service. The current employees frequently appear disengaged, often using their phones during working hours. I have experienced multiple instances of ceiling leaks and sink overflows, both of which have damaged several towels that I ultimately had to dispose of. The maintenance efforts, such as painting that does not match the original color and is intended to conceal what appears to be mold, have been inadequate. The filthiness of other tenants. Management choosing when they want to enforce rules that aren't accurate. The constant homeless people on the property stealing (which I have on video from my Ring doorbell of them stealing my package and my neighbor's sandals, which they left outside). The extra fees that don't make sense, because why are your tenants being charged a gate fee? I haven't slept in my bedroom for years and only sleep on the couch because the air there triggers my migraines, but I still don't complain. Despite these ongoing issues, I have refrained from lodging complaints and kept to myself. Then have the nerve to want to charge a fee for items on my patio that management believes do not meet their standards, despite the fact that such restrictions were not explicitly outlined in my lease agreement. Even though I've expressed that the mop is only there after each use to dry, and the empty water bottles are picked up by a service monthly, and I've been doing this for 5 years and not once did they care (which I also have video recording of, and it has always been this way since I have a front & back Ring doorbell), They are concerned about unnacessary stuff but not the apartments thats literally falling apart, laughable, and now they're trying to find ways to get more money out of tenants. I'm a creature of habit and don't like change; which is another reason why im still here. However, they have definitely given me the push I needed to make that change and move. It's getting ridiculous.
