- MEMinnie EloiseNov 5, 20251.0BEWARE OF THE GRAMERCY ON THE PARK RESPONSES IT IS ONLY TO SEEM SINCERE - THEY TRULY ARE NOT!! I originally left a great review when I first moved in because my initial experience seemed positive, but things quickly went downhill. After missing the rent special of $1,770 by just one day, my rent jumped to $2,500 — an outrageous increase for a complex with this many problems. The amenities and maintenance do not justify the cost. The property has serious security and cleanliness issues. After 7 p.m., people are often outside drinking, doing drugs, and working on cars near the front of the complex. Security only tows cars and does nothing to actually secure the property. Only one of the three entrance gates works, and you have to get out of your car and walk to the sidewalk to enter your gate code. Trash is everywhere — in hallways, around the mailboxes, and throughout the complex. Maintenance requests take forever (5–12 business days for simple fixes, even HVAC). When they finally installed a new bathroom mirror for me, it was done so poorly that there were holes all over the wall and the mirror was hung dangerously loose. I also requested a storage key over two weeks ago and still haven’t received it because management “lost it.” On top of everything, the complex has a noticeable bug problem. I truly regret my lease here. The rent prices don’t match the condition or quality of living, and management does not seem to care about residents’ concerns. Think twice before signing a lease here.

- HHHangalOct 7, 20251.0Edit: I went to fetch and he said that Gramercy is denying UPS and others access so when they show up with the package, they reject it (which is why it said recipient rejected it but it was not me) and that’s when they print a fetch label over mine. Even the fetch people thought it was stupid. So luckily I’ll be getting everything delivered to a family’s home nearby but what an inconvenience. They also thought a middle man was stupid and a lot of upset people from Gramercy were coming up there. Petition for the apartment to stop using Fetch - my packages keep getting rerouted there when I do not want to use Fetch and I do not use their address. But because I guess the apartment uses it - my name and a fake fetch address exists, giving deliverers the option. When people send me mail with my REAL address, it says I rejected it and all of a sudden it’s at the fetch warehouse when literally no one contacted me. It is rated F in the Better Business Bureau and extremely annoying that a middle man has to be involved when packages were fine before. This single-handedly will make me not renew my lease lol among with everything else, which I’m sure they will be happy about. The straw that broke the camels back. I’ve lost more time and money with this than the chance of a stranger stealing my package off my doorstep in the past 3 years. You can Google Fetch and see all the reviews for yourself. They will encourage you to use it but even using it isn’t any easier. They will say make sure they have your phone number for the code but UPS My Choice doesn’t even give you the option to put detailed instructions or the length of your phone number. And not every place you order from also gives you the option.
