- MEMinnie EloiseNov 5, 20251.0BEWARE OF THE GRAMERCY ON THE PARK RESPONSES IT IS ONLY TO SEEM SINCERE - THEY TRULY ARE NOT!! I originally left a great review when I first moved in because my initial experience seemed positive, but things quickly went downhill. After missing the rent special of $1,770 by just one day, my rent jumped to $2,500 — an outrageous increase for a complex with this many problems. The amenities and maintenance do not justify the cost. The property has serious security and cleanliness issues. After 7 p.m., people are often outside drinking, doing drugs, and working on cars near the front of the complex. Security only tows cars and does nothing to actually secure the property. Only one of the three entrance gates works, and you have to get out of your car and walk to the sidewalk to enter your gate code. Trash is everywhere — in hallways, around the mailboxes, and throughout the complex. Maintenance requests take forever (5–12 business days for simple fixes, even HVAC). When they finally installed a new bathroom mirror for me, it was done so poorly that there were holes all over the wall and the mirror was hung dangerously loose. I also requested a storage key over two weeks ago and still haven’t received it because management “lost it.” On top of everything, the complex has a noticeable bug problem. I truly regret my lease here. The rent prices don’t match the condition or quality of living, and management does not seem to care about residents’ concerns. Think twice before signing a lease here.
