Gates don't work half the time. You have a maintenance request call the number that doesn't work if somebody comes by your place it takes them months to come back around to actually fix it. Dog poop everywhere. My mother has termites maintenance came out verified it was termites and now she's waiting for them to send somebody else to fix the problem. Sept. 15, 2025 my mother calls me at 2:25 in the morning neighbor woke up water coming out of her apartment so she called me and 911 the water is coming out of the wall from her laundry closet. I am about to make some phone calls I don't want to have to come back home to take care of this matter.

I had trouble getting things fix because every time you ask maintenance to fix something he will say he need to leave to get a part and never come back. He need to be replaced. I complained about the neighbors music to loud at night and the excessive knocking on my walls , it took 9 mos later to get rectified and they still was hesitate to do that. Mind you I had 3 mos left in the lease. The trash stay overflowing and trash is everywhere. Kids running around unsupervised. Don’t stay there. The management is horrible. Glad I’m gone!!!!!!
