The maintenance is amazing as well, when it got windy and a package flew away (i didn’t report it ) a maintenance man found it and brought it to me as well as when i needed my sink fixed i had packages outside and they put them nicely on my bar. 10/10 to the staff , thank you for always being kind to me Edit: there was a few gentlemen working in the office . Thank you to them too, i’ve just mainly running into the ladies in the office .

They treat you great coming in but when something needs fix it's not done right.We had a leak going on 2 months. when they finally came to check it out they said they couldn't find it or have no moisture detected but all along it was under the floor they tore the tub out it was mold and they replaced it with a new one under the mold.We had to take a shower in another apartment. The maintenance team said Samantha doesn't won't to pay for anything. When we left the leak was still going on.It had a horrible egg smell in the apartment from it leaking.Everytime she went in there she said she didn't smell it.I never got a copy of my walk through or inspection. We keep buying damp rid.

We stayed for 2.5 years. Now we just received the move out statement which shows that we have been charged $902.58 for the carpet and $473.00 for tub tile and counters resurfaced 🤷🏾♀️and some other unjustified charges , now we owned them $109.7 . Why ???? We took care of the apartment. I returned a remote gate key that I paid for $50 with the office staff and received no refund for that but a bill ???. I thought I will receive a check from them for a part of my security deposit but I received a bill , which if I do not pay will go to collections. What??? This is ridiculous !!! I tried to add my niece name on the lease contract during my stay. They asked my niece to bring a cashier checks of $59 for the application fee and $75 administrative fee which she did and I also been charged the same amounts on my residential account. So we have been charged TWICE !! For a case that we finally dropped and got no refund . I let the manager know about that but received no respond .That’s crazy!!! In addition this place is not safe at all , there is always a police car parked at the leasing office at night. This place is too noisy , The pool is nasty , complex apartments gate is always down . Very rude office staff included manager
