  OK, I have lived here for four years And in that time we have been through Maybe eight managers. We had one good manager, and he was doing a good job and the owners decided to move him somewhere else. The closed gate stays broken because of the drug dealers down at the gate. You’re constantly intimidated by the drug dealers at the open gate. You have prostitutes walking up and down the main street( Esperanza). If you need anything repaired, good luck. I see trash out in the middle of the parking lot. Every weekend it’s a throwdown party at the back corner, I had a friend that had her windows busted out because The partygoers were having fun throwing bottles At each other. For the price you pay for these apartments you should have some sense of security, cleanliness, and not have to worry about getting repairs done. After four years, I’ve got plenty of stories to tell. Do not move your do not look at any apartments and if you do by the love of God, make sure you are inside your house locked up and everything else before 10 PM if not, security guards will give you apartment violation where you have to move out within two weeks or at least that’s what the security guard told me that I have to move out within two weeks because I was in my car at 10:30 PM. Been in my car for more than 30 minutes. And what did it start off with me telling the guy I didn’t want to talk to him

  Was living there in 2009 roaches were so bad, in the middle of the night when you hit them lights the floor was moving!!

  Las muchachas que trabajan te hablan muy feo no son amables ni profesional, hoy llegué a la oficina saludé y ellas ni te contestan el saludo, te hablan muy grosero y te contestan de mala manera, si le van hablar a las personas muy feo mejor que no trabajen y que se queden en su casa, cuando haces preguntas te contestan muy mal, parece que no les hacen el trabajo en la noche y por eso siempre te responden feo, no es mi culpa que no les hagan su trabajo, se creen las dueñas de los apartamentos, llaman a las personas y cuando cuelgan la llamada se ponen hablar cosas feas de las personas que rentan los apartamentos díganle a sus maridos que les hagan el trabajo para que no esten de amargadas todo el tiempo.

  Love my apartment… but out of 8 washers there shouldn’t be only two that work. AND THIS IS Unacceptable. I couldn’t even wash my clothes because I was so scared!
