  Was threatened with a gun twice here in 2 months as I just moved here. Moved out and went to a sister property. Similar problems at the sister property Rancho Palisades. Don’t rent from either property, not with it.

  We came home to an awful strong smell that started to cause headache and dizziness. Called our office, explained the odd smell.windows and door open. Maintenance comes and confirmed that a neighbor had thier tub or something and fumes were coming through the vent. Even the maintenance guy was trying to hurry up and leave because the fumes were so strong. He said it should clear out in a day or two. So I went by the office because I have a child we cant breath that in for 2 days. Per office manager " we resurface tubs all the time and never have a problem". While I explain my daughter struggles with allergies and even I had a a headache. Thier solution was well if you want to get a hotel you can and we can see if you may can get reimbursed. Thier are only fans in the bedrooms no ceiling fan in the living room to help speed the process along. Office was no help and very much not concerned. Her position was we do this all the time and never had complaints so deal with it basically.

  El lugar es muy lindo, pero cuando se termina el contrato aunque dejes el departamento en buenas condiciones te sacan demasiado dinero, sacan cláusulas sin sentido, también me abrieron y robaron mi carro y nadie respondió, mi bicicleta también la robaron de debajo, del apartamento realmente tuve esa mala experiencia 😕

  Carrollton Park has been my home for the last 22 years. Management and maintenance technicians including porters are truly amazing. Office and leasing staff are very friendly and helpful, anytime I have contacted them, it has been a positive and a pleasant experience. Work orders are taken care of on a daily basis. Grounds are well kept and there are a lot of open spaces to enjoy the outdoors. I recently contacted a courtesy officer and I was impressed by the professionalism and issue was taken care of immediately. Thank you all for making this place a wonderful place to call home.
