  At first I loved living here but I started to notice some rough looking people around the property not sure why, I guess they probably lowered the rental criteria, which allows a larger contingent of people to move in. They also tried to over-charge me after move-out, so be careful you check the move out paperwork carefully, as mistakes can and was made when I moved out. Other than that I guess it it's a ok property to rent from.

  The office people are friendly and responsive. All of our repair requests are handled quickly and within days of the request being made. It is best to rent a parking spot here, which is an additional fee; however, we have found the rent to be a bit cheaper than other properties in the areas that we would choose to live in.

  I stopped in today at 4pm. They usually stop showing apartments at 4:30. Raquel greeted me so warmly and in no way seemed annoyed that I was there. She showed me two apartments, she wrote all the details for me on one of their apartment brochures and even offered me something to drink when I arrived and before I left. Raquel followed up with an email with the online application and a thorough explanation of what we discussed once again. I've been looking at apartments for several months and this has got to be one of the best experiences. It's very rare to find people that go the extra mile like that these days.

  We've been here for about 18 months and intend to stay indefinitely. This is an affordable, comfortable complex, but be realistic that it's a mid-range apartment and there are a few downsides. Important pros of this complex: - No sign of pests - No actual property crime has occurred, to my knowledge - Constant landscaping improvements - Friendly leasing office - Wonderful pool area - Responsive to maintaince and other requests as needed - Our rent *did not* go up even $1 when we renewed - Our unit has excellent details including real stone countertops and vaulted ceilings Things that aren't dealbreakers for me, but aren't ideal: - Our AC is not 100% up to spec and on especially hot days can barely keep within legal limits. Our bill is much higher than anyone I know in a similar apartment - The new gate system with ButterflyMX is not good - Alarmingly frequent water shutoffs (usually under 4 hours long) and other maintenance with short notice - Nothing the apartment can do about this, but you should know this address is only serviced by Spectrum for internet I reccomend living here. Our needs are all met at a reasonable rent and we love our unit, but be realistic with your expectations that no apartment is perfect. They do everything they can to keep up with the property, and we plan to stay for as long as they continue to do so.

  Such a wonderful community! My girlfriend lived here and always felt completely safe, which meant a lot to both of us. Bailey, the manager, is absolutely amazing — so kind, helpful, and truly cares about the residents. Every staff member we met was just as friendly and welcoming. The place is clean, well-kept, and feels like home. Couldn’t ask for a better experience!
