  At first I loved living here but I started to notice some rough looking people around the property not sure why, I guess they probably lowered the rental criteria, which allows a larger contingent of people to move in. They also tried to over-charge me after move-out, so be careful you check the move out paperwork carefully, as mistakes can and was made when I moved out. Other than that I guess it it's a ok property to rent from.

  The office people are friendly and responsive. All of our repair requests are handled quickly and within days of the request being made. It is best to rent a parking spot here, which is an additional fee; however, we have found the rent to be a bit cheaper than other properties in the areas that we would choose to live in.

  Such a wonderful community! My girlfriend lived here and always felt completely safe, which meant a lot to both of us. Bailey, the manager, is absolutely amazing — so kind, helpful, and truly cares about the residents. Every staff member we met was just as friendly and welcoming. The place is clean, well-kept, and feels like home. Couldn’t ask for a better experience!

  Lived here 2 years and overall had a good stay. Pros: Leasing Office staff were always super nice and helpful and were great to deal with before and during Covid and the crazy snow storm back in February 2021. Staff was always willing to work with you and help. I enjoyed my time living there. Maintenance was super on top of things. Always got things taken care of the very next day. Honestly any and every issue was handled great. Landscaping was regularly well maintained. Package Delivery was pretty good too. Very clean, well kept complex, very communicative about things and changes, quiet and safe. Never saw or heard of any car break ins during my stay. Easy to pay rent and do maintenance requests online. It is in a nice area with multiple apartment complexes around and has a park you can walk to. Super close to the Turnpike, Tollway, supermarkets, restaurants, so whatever you may need is just a block or two away. The cons: Finding a parking space at night was often difficult. There were times I couldn't find a spot. So, I do recommend getting one of the covered reserved spots if you can. Once I did that, never had an issue. Guest parking was a bit tough at times too as there are no dedicated guest spots. Neither pros nor cons , more like fyi: Like another review said yeah lots of planes do fly by, but not much at night. It affects the whole area not just this complex due to the Addison airport nearby, but it still is a quiet neighborhood. Lastly, the front gates would often stop working but would stay open when it did, and they would quickly fix it. Other than the limited parking, overall great staff, maintenance, and time here.
