I keep getting told that the repairs will be fixed and they are still not fixed when I first moved in, I’ve never had any problems I’ve never complained and I am the most patient and respectful resident here but now I’m not sure what’s going on. It’s like management doesn’t even care so now I have to call from the third floor to a laundromat when I have my own washer and dryer because you guys won’t fix anything, but you still want me to pay rent on time . I wish I could give zero stars.

- APArelys PaizJan 16, 20261.0Soy residente de home Birch ,estoy muy molestas porque como es posible que te hagan un cobro por una unidad que cuando yo decidí alquilar estába demasiado defectuosa cosas dañadas y ahora quieren venir a cobrarme ami lo que ellos ya tienen dañados , ahora me salen con el cuento que cuando adquiere una unidad tiene que llenar un formulario de las cosas en mal estado que uno recibe , ahorita renové mi contrato pero a otra unidad la cual le dije que apenas cumpliré un mes el 3 de febrero que me de la hoja que tengo que llenar para marcar las cosas que están dañadas y me dicen que ya no puedo llenarlas prácticamente quiere hacer todo nuevo a costilla de uno , me están cobrando por la bajada de una lavadora que quedo ahí la cual esa lavadora estába ahí desde que me entregaron el apartamento , nose como se lucran de hacer cobro sin antes investigar bien las cosas , ahorita me mude a otra unidad decidi grabará un video de como me lo entregaron ya que no me quisieron dar la hoja para que marque todas las cosas que recibí mal que injusticia
