As a delivery driver, I now refuse to deliver here. It is nearly impossible to gain access for delivery. The main elevator has been broken for months. The elevator in the garage requires a key fob to reenter the building. The callboxes at the side dont work either, they say “line in use”.
If you never get packages or food delivery, maybe this place is fine, otherwise just go to the apartments next door at 1955 address.

I lived here for about a year and a half and would suggest looking elsewhere. In summary:
• Packages: frequent stolen packages, often saw empty boxes that were stolen in stairwells.
• Security: related to the above comment, MANY doors in this building are unsecured. There was almost always a way to get into the building if someone wanted to. I forgot my key fob in my unit a few times and always found doors that were broken or propped open. This is mentioned in multiple reviews over the last few YEARS. The feeling of full security here is nonexistent.
• Trash: trash rooms FREQUENTLY got full and smelled awful. Saw a roach in the hallway at least once or twice a month and even had a few get into my apartment through an opening below the kitchen sink.
• Elevators: for a roughly four month period there was always at least one elevator broken. At one point there was only one elevator in the whole building operable for a couple of weeks.
• Guest parking: usually a nightmare, especially on weekends. Although apparently now they have started allowing guests to park on the top floor of the garage.
• Garage: for about 10 out of my 18 months living here the garage had to be manually opened by key fob because the license plate reader to automatically open the garage door was broken, they never fixed it.
• Noise: lots of noise issues with other residents being loud late at night. I had to go onto my balcony twice to tell neighbors to be quiet as it was past midnight on a weekday.
• Overall cleanliness: the general upkeep of the building was not great. Saw the same trash in stairwells and garage for months on end, cockroaches in the hallway, and trash in the hallway left out by residents that didn't get picked up.
• Maintenance: thankfully I never had any issues with my unit outside of routine maintenance that always quickly got addressed. Maintenance team is nice and efficient.

Where do I begin, I have lived here for 2 years, Andrea and Geffrey are the best, Visitor parking is on the roof, or you will be towed, they have made instructions very clear and I have not had any issues, Pools and ground have always been clean and I have always received a fast response to any issues that I might have had. Its bitter sweet that I have moved out, Only because I bought a house, but I would defiantly recommend this Apartment complex to anyone. the rents are resalable and they staff is awesome. they get a 10 out 10 from me hands down. Love living here.

With the fact that multiple packages of mine have been stolen from in front of my door, neighbors won’t share ring camera footage and my apartment was broken into in the middle of the night while I was sleeping in my bed, this apartment complex is nothing special. Cool pool area but the thieves and burglars in and around this apartment need to be considered before moving in.

Lots of mixed emotions about living here. Getting accepted into the place was easy but afterwards so many things went wrong. I won’t list everything, but just some of the main concerns that i have with this place. I have been here 3 months now. The visitor parking situation is a mess, and living by the pool is TERRIBLE. People are constantly staying late at the pool, yelling and screaming past 10pm but nothing is done about it. The walls are super thin and you can hear EVERYTHING.
The trash chute rooms are always overfilled and piled with trash and it makes me worry about rats and roaches soon approaching.
I have had many reasons already to call maintenance to fix something. It’s ALWAYS something to fix in my apt. My final straw and the reason I’m writing this review is when i checked my ring camera out of the blue to see this man standing in front of my door for minutes!! I live on the 4th floor, how did he even get up here???
