  nothing is never getting done, stuff breaking like ac, electri not working and no hot water? Would waste my time

  I currently live at evana Grove, which is a property a Sister property to these apts I repeat do not move in to any of these apartments 46 Eleven, Valley Estates, Villas del Tesoro or Westover on 80 I repeat Do not move to any of these properties. I’ve only been at Evana Grove for four months. Paid 1500 deposit with one step Who refused to give me my deposit back the city of Plano condemned these apartments Because the landlord, a slumlord and they do not pay their bills, I repeat do not move to any of these properties save yourself. Do not be a victim as I am save yourself. I repeat do not move to these properties. They are run by slumlords and they will Screw you over!! They gave this notice the same Day they requested us to be out so it wasn’t even a 24 hour move out the city of Plano put these on our doors cut our waters off and telling us just to leave! I repeat from the bottom of my heart. I do not want to see anybody else in the situation and I or just like the rest of these people here are DO NOT rent from these people!!!!

  Do not move here. We were bamboozeled! It’s ghetto, DIRTY, and have loud dirty neighbors. There is roaches, AC just started working 3 days ago in this Texas heat. Something is ALWAYS not working. Currently the AC unit in the kitchen is leaking so bad we had to put a mop bucket in there. Every time we put in a service request, they take forever to come. When they do come, if they don’t visibly see any leaking or anything they will mark your service request as done and tell you to call the emergency maintenance request line that does NOT exist. Kids play in the streets all day, which is a hazard for getting hit and damaging your car. There is always trash on your stairs/porch because people don’t know how to pick up after themselves. There is trash and pests throughout the whole complex and they do nothing about it, even though they make you pay a monthly pest control fee.They sent out letters threatening to give people a fine if they see you leaving trash but it’s all empty threats, as they never do anything about it.They do not give a BLEEP! This Apartment is honestly not worth the price, it should be listed under SECTION 8. Do not move here. I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!
