- MDmella DOct 30, 20251.0I currently live at evana Grove, which is a property a Sister property to these apts I repeat do not move in to any of these apartments 46 Eleven, Valley Estates, Villas del Tesoro or Westover on 80 I repeat Do not move to any of these properties. I’ve only been at Evana Grove for four months. Paid 1500 deposit with one step Who refused to give me my deposit back the city of Plano condemned these apartments Because the landlord, a slumlord and they do not pay their bills, I repeat do not move to any of these properties save yourself. Do not be a victim as I am save yourself. I repeat do not move to these properties. They are run by slumlords and they will Screw you over!! They gave this notice the same Day they requested us to be out so it wasn’t even a 24 hour move out the city of Plano put these on our doors cut our waters off and telling us just to leave! I repeat from the bottom of my heart. I do not want to see anybody else in the situation and I or just like the rest of these people here are DO NOT rent from these people!!!!

- DBD BosFeb 22, 20191.0DONT MOVE TO THIS RAT s*** apartments, I've been here for 3 months now & I regret it ,last management was good,no complaints & the maintenance guy Curtis came in a hurry,the new management sucks!!..the new maintenance guy smelled like weed when he replaced my ceiling fan smfh!!..all the tenants that's paying $850 ,they will run you out,things like towing your car that's parked legally,with tags& insurance up to date!!!..this place has NO VISTOR PARKING!!!,EVERYONE MUST HAVE A PASS...VARIOUS TIMES THE WATER WOULD STOP WORKING,NO LIE!!..YOU CAN SMELL WHAT YOUR NEIGHBOR IS COOKING FOR DINNER,THE WALLS ARE PAPER THIN!!..NEIGHBORS BEHIND YOU WALK THROUGH THEIR APARTMENT & YOU CAN FELL THEM GOING UPSTAIRS!!..THE BATHROOM IS VERY TINY SO ARE THE CLOSETS!!..THE APPLIANCES WERE RUSTED OUT!!!..& THE NEW OWNERS WANT TO UP TO $950& $1050!!..BULLS**T.....DONT TAKE MY ADVICE DRIVE BY THIS S***HOLE FOR YOURSELF!!
