  I currently live at evana Grove, which is a property a Sister property to these apts I repeat do not move in to any of these apartments 46 Eleven, Valley Estates, Villas del Tesoro or Westover on 80 I repeat Do not move to any of these properties. I’ve only been at Evana Grove for four months. Paid 1500 deposit with one step Who refused to give me my deposit back the city of Plano condemned these apartments Because the landlord, a slumlord and they do not pay their bills, I repeat do not move to any of these properties save yourself. Do not be a victim as I am save yourself. I repeat do not move to these properties. They are run by slumlords and they will Screw you over!! They gave this notice the same Day they requested us to be out so it wasn’t even a 24 hour move out the city of Plano put these on our doors cut our waters off and telling us just to leave! I repeat from the bottom of my heart. I do not want to see anybody else in the situation and I or just like the rest of these people here are DO NOT rent from these people!!!!

  One word: ELIZABETH! From the the first greetings she was nothing short of amazing. She explained everything was patient( another person touring was very picky but she handled us both with grace and respect) and welcoming. The property was clean and quiet inside and out. She maintained communication and her personaly never changed or waivered. I look forward to living here and learning more about the property.

  The customer service I received in the office was excellent. Went above and beyond to explain everything to me while looking for a new apartment.

  None of the pictures look like the apartments... Parking is horrible even if you pay people will still park in your paid spot. Place is filled with cats and bed bugs. You cannot fix a queen mattress up the stairs to the bedroom. These reviews have to p Be paid or customers are given a discount for good reviews. This place put me out a lot of money because I had to move and replace furniture because of the bed bugs. When I moved in they said the apt would be ready but the day came and they tried to stop me from moving in bc the unit wasn't ready so I had to clean the entire apartment as I'm moving my stuff in because the unit was disgusting. They have seemed to change the apartment name just to not have bad reviews it was called villa Evita.
