  If I were you I will be paying close attention to the negative reviews before thinking to move here. My sister had very unpleasant time living here. Is hard to get in contact with management. They ignore any request you may have. Management is money hungry trying to get money from anything they can charge you from.

  DONT MOVE HERE UNLESS YOU WANT RANDOM CHARGES EVERY MONTH!!!! MONEY HUNGRY management/Apartment complex!!!! Property manager (Aron Hick) will talk to paying residents crazy if you have any problems that you want fixed. Front desk changes every week most likely because the property manager doesn’t know how to be a good manager, I don’t even know how he got hired but they do scam a lot so that makes sense. Property manager is always late so if you have a concern and try to stop by before work he won’t be in until 11its mad annoying especially because he wants to leave right at 5 when the office closes. when you pay your rent on time you still get treated like you don’t live here if your on Aron’s bad side. he kept my full deposit of 750 for a small 1 bed room and double charged me for utilities in the last month so he can keep all the deposit. SCAM APARTMENT!!!! HE BRIBES YALL WITH CHEAP WALMART KITCHEN APPLIANCES FOR A GOOD REVIEW 😂😂😂 and he probably used my deposit to buy it 😂😂

  !!2026 NEW REVIEW!!DO NOT MOVE HERE!! Horrible management (Aaron hicks) he talks to people crazy when we were paying residents.got towed wrongfully 3 times. Roach infested even if you to to keep it clean. And after we tried to move he wasn’t there when I returned the keys, was told to come back to do the walkthrough to see how much I would get back from my deposit just to be told after returning that I wouldn’t receive anything back. This place is just a big scam please do something about the management. I stayed with the resident Lex Ochoa look for her review for our full story.

  This is the 3rd time I’ve heard serious arguments across from our community on other side of fence. THIS TIME WAS A GUNSHOT. We are at a property on the right side of these apartments. People who reside in this area which meets almost in the middle of apartments furthest to right of the fence are yelling, cussing, fighting and now GUNSHOTS within feet’s away from our community. If this doesn’t get resolved by having security monitoring the property, someone will get shot and there will be lawsuits. Their voices are heard from 2 buildings away from the fences. EDIT as of 12:48AM on April 17, that was another GUNSHOT

  My new manager Mr.Hicks is awesome I been staying over here for 3 years, and never have I had a manager that supported me and helped me,make sure my appliances and pest control come when needed. Hands down he is the best and very fair communication is the key. I give you five stars but really you can get a 1000 and thank you so much. When I do move it will be a house you are the best and is greatly appreciated 👍
