Review after 2 years of living here:
This building is basically glorified SMU student housing disguised as “luxury.” It’s a classic case of a pig in makeup — it looks beautiful on the outside, but actually living here is a completely different experience.
Noise is a constant issue. There are extremely loud college parties, music blasting, and noise carrying through the hallways at all hours, and management does little to nothing to address it. The pool gets shut down almost weekly due to broken rules — whether it’s glass in the pool or residents completely disregarding guidelines.
Security and safety are major concerns. Cars are regularly broken into, and there have even been instances of offensive graffiti (including Nazi symbols) written in dust on vehicles. The gate is constantly broken because people run into it, with no apparent consequences. The front desk is unreliable at best — despite having instructions on file not to let anyone up without calling first, they ignore it. Even worse, I was once locked out and let back into the building without being asked for ID or verification — just stating a unit number was enough. That’s incredibly unsafe.
Maintenance and upkeep are also lacking. Trash piles up in the trash room, yet residents are still charged monthly for trash services without valet trash being provided. Elevators are slow and frequently out of service. The parking garage is chaotic, with people parking however they want and no enforcement from management.
Communication is another weak point. Emails often go unanswered, and calling is the only way to maybe get a response. And I’m sure management will respond to this review saying “please reach out via email so we can address your concerns,” but based on experience, there’s no point — they don’t respond to emails anyway.
Since the property was taken over, the experience has declined significantly. The new team feels disorganized, unhelpful, and frankly rude. The previous staff created a sense of community — they knew residents by name and were welcoming. Now, you’re lucky if anyone even acknowledges you when you walk in.
They also let go of Vesha, one of the best concierges this building had, and it shows. Many residents appreciated her, and her absence is noticeable.
For the price of rent here, you can absolutely find better value elsewhere.
0/10 — would not recommend.
Stop changing every system we are already onboarded onto. It takes up a lot of time we do not have, things worked before. Everything is becoming progressively more impersonal and feels extremely corporate, which is not why any of us live here. Post acquisition it seems the community is being optimized for profit at the expense of the resident experience. Also, we miss Vesha.
By the way, the only one of the "new features" residents have seen from the new management are LATE FEES. This doesn't feel like home anymore.
The management team for some reason is refusing to get back to me. Kinda hilarious when you’re a current resident and your issue is pretty serious.
Update: after hours of No Response, still nothing. They don’t want to contact you about any issues your having
Oof, and upon further research you fired Vesha? Lord have mercy on my soul. She was one of the only reasons I liked living here. No wonder it’s gone to 💩

Stupidest thing you guys did was firing vesha. Horrible building. Maintenance never helps. They shut down the pool for months on end. They don’t care about their residents. Lose your packages. Just overall horrible. The only thing keeping me was vesha.
Ever since the property switched from Greystar, it’s really gone downhill. It used to feel welcoming and well taken care of, but now it doesn’t feel like home anymore.
Maintenance takes longer, communication isn’t great, and the overall vibe of the place has changed for the worse. Before, you could tell management cared about the residents—now it just feels like no one does.
It’s disappointing to see such a big drop in quality after the management change.
