  Chantel made my move-in experience at Dorchester incredibly smooth from start to finish. As a new tenant, I had a lot of questions and a bit of anxiety about the process, but she was professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful every step of the way. She communicated clearly, stayed on top of everything, and made sure nothing fell through the cracks. What really stood out was how easy she made everything feel, no confusion, no delays, just a seamless transition into my new place. You can tell she takes pride in what she does and truly cares about the residents. I’m really glad she was the one handling my move-in. Highly recommend working with Chantel if you’re considering Dorchester!

  Whoever you are, READ THIS review and others. Do not I REPEAT do not rent here unless you just absolutely have NO OTHER CHOICE. The Parking is their fault they built this place like this and YOU will be punished for THIER mistake. Its terrible! An absolute inconvenience to you as a renter! Please do not have a truck, minivan, mid-sized sedan, a vistitor, a life, a lung! Maintenance takes their precious time! Heavens, might as well not even have maintenance! I have a bigger longer vehicle, single woman coming home from a night job. I am going to park at MY apt complex, NOT how I want because rules are there for a reason but I will not compromise the integrity of my vehicle to attempt to sqeeze in a spot that two vehicles cannot fit in, regardless of a mis-measured line for parking space. Listen, the ladies in the front office have been a joy, they keep their composure regardless of their day to day myself personally have had no issues. So, front office ladies keep up the good work! (My frustration is not with the messager believe me.) But the property oweners that have set this policy in place DO NOT CARE. Listen, DO NOT RENT HERE. I pay rent on time never been late THAT DOESNT MATTER! Take your good renter's history and or first time apartment owning self somewhere with designated parking. I do not want you to experience this. And I only gave ir two stars because the front office ladies are professionals, who deserve to work for a property that appreciate them ans their renters.

  I had such a wonderful experience with Chantel! From the moment I arrived for my apartment tour, she made me feel completely welcome and at home. Chantel is incredibly knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions with confidence and clarity. What really made her stand out is how genuinely passionate and dedicated she is to her job. She didn’t just give a tour — she made the experience personal, thoughtful, and stress-free. It’s clear that she truly cares about helping people find not just an apartment, but a place they can truly call home. Im excited for my move in. Chantel is awesome at what she does, and her professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail really set her apart. I would absolutely recommend working with her to anyone looking for a new home!
