My experience was not good at all. I advised the lady Brooke that I was coming from another state, atp she sent me over the application and told me it would be 7-10 days to process. Once that time passed I heard nothing from her after following up with her through email still nothing. I ended up speaking with Dess where she advised me that they never received any documentation which I was communicating with Brooke through her email so I know that wasn’t true. Anyways I resubmitted anyways & Dess told me the process starts over. A couple of days later Kecia reaches out asking me questions about what I was looking again after telling them my spill about I’m on a crunch time to move states. We were communicating for a couple of days then she also ghosted me then popped bck up a week & some change later asking how can she assist me? No one answers the phones here the customer service is just terrible!! I’m really glad I ended up not moving here I’m sure it would have been a mess!

Big THANK YOU to Kecia, for graciously accommodating me for a property tour and answering all of my questions. Not only does that girl knows her stuff, she is very kind and caring. I watched her go beyond in assisting new residents, and stopping in the middle of her busy schedule to answer questions to a walk-in prospect.

I had a really frustrating experience trying to tour a 2-bedroom here. I reached out multiple times by phone, text, and email to make an appointment but never got a response, so I decided to stop by in person. One leasing agent clearly saw me sitting there waiting and didn’t acknowledge me at all. After about 15 minutes, another agent came down, and when I asked about touring a unit, she told me I needed an appointment and would have to come back—even though no one was helping anyone at the time. It makes no sense to require appointments when there’s no way to actually schedule one. I’ll be looking elsewhere—there are plenty of nicer places with better service.
