  Muy mal el servicio de mantenimiento desde el sábado se nos quemo el bombillo de la cocina y lo notifiqué el mismo día y me dijeron que no era emergencia que tendría que esperar hasta el lunes, llega el lunes y llame para estar segura que vendrían y nada. El martes volví a llamar y no me contestaron, el día miércoles tuve que ir con los bombillos y una persona de mantenimiento me los entregó y me tocó ponerlos…

  Christal ha sido muy amable , desde que empecé a hacer los trámites para obtener mi alojamiento en century park me he sentido muy cómodo y me ha aclarado todas las dudas que he tenido , también me ha mostrado el lugar y en mi punto de vista un lugar excelente para vivir

  Black Mold inside the unit due to a lot of water coming in through windows during storms, roach infestation, a few units near the dog park caught fire a few months ago due to electrical issues in the unit. AC broken for months. Crazy and late pool parties with 40-60 year olds getting drunk every weekend outside of the pool hours, the decent tenants can’t even enjoy the pool in the summers when they want to because it gets closed due to the reckless folks so if the only thing that attracted you to this place was the pool in the pictures, forget it keep looking. Only thing they fixed for me was the AC unit that was broken for months in the summer when I first arrived there, maintenance team was very nice and helpful on that although it took a long time to finally figure out the issues, a part needed to be replaced inside the AC unit, honestly should have sent a certified HVAC professional instead, I have sleep apnea which I did advise them of because with that heat in the summer, plus the mold, and no AC I could’ve had a major health complication, or this turned out to be a lawsuit. Right now I am able to sleep better and breathe better. To this day in those units water still comes inside the unit, I have seen other units have towels by the windows because the same happens to them, mold was still evident, floors still damaged due to water intake, bathroom not caulked properly, lots of cracks, which causes more mold. All in all, property management does not take care of these units, they are an extreme health hazard. I had to leave due to finding out I am pregnant and I could not continue to live in those conditions.
