  Dure 1 año viviendo aquí y di junto con mis roomies una gran cantidad de depósito al mudarnos, hace 2 meses me fui de allí entregando mis llaves y todo, la encargada me dijo que esperara un correo con la información del depósito que se me devolvería, hasta ahora me dicen que no pueden darme el cheque porque lo enviaron al departamento que dejé y solo ponen esa excusa. Si alguien puede ayudarme gracias.

  Living here has become extremely frustrating due to ongoing unsanitary conditions. Dog poop is consistently left all over the property. It’s not occasional you have to deal with it every time you walk outside. Management sends reminder emails, but since there’s no real enforcement, nothing changes. The racquetball court door has also been broken for nearly a year, yet the amenity is still listed and included in what we pay for. Additionally, the gym becomes overcrowded in the evenings with unsupervised kids, making it difficult to use the space as intended. Overall, basic standards are not being maintained.
