  I am a part-time Uber driver and I had a 65 inch flatscreen TV to just now delivered to these apartments. I have to say this is the first time I have ever had an apartment leasing manager help me in any fashion not only did you help me carry the TV through the complex she also open the Customer’s front door so we could slide it in and not have to leave it outside the door. What a great management or leasing agent this is. I didn’t get her name however, she’s amazing and deserves definitely above a five star for her dedication and Customer Service skills this apartment complex should be happy to have her…

  Creo que cuando algo no es parati no loes es el caso de estos apartamentos cuando en pese atener contacto con la ofisina principal y nadien nuca rreponde el telefono un dia desido ir en persona espere un par de minutos pr que la persona no estaba en su puesto de trabajo luego camine un poco Asia dentro I aiestaba en una ofisina I me atrebo a desir que estaba fumado Marijuana por el olor que salia de esa ofisina con clusion no pude rrentar ai I creo que es por algo! Los apartamentos seven vin alo visible esta linpio afuera no se sisea por que casi no vibe jente aquí!

  Booked an appointment online last week 4 days in advance and the day of 2 hours before I get an email from lady in leasing office that she cannot meet and it was rude so I wrote back to reschedule and she never responded. I left three voicemails too and nothing. I made a new appointment this past week and got an email back saying we would be meeting a couple days later which I was so happy to finally get an appointment. I got there today 10 minutes before my meeting and the lady told me that someone else walked in before me and she was going to show her around, I said fine I’ll wait but she said it would be a couple of minutes and ended up being about 30 minutes so I ended up just leaving. This is really bad customer service. I think her name is Melanie or Melody and honestly I wouldn’t stay here after this. there’s a reason this place is cheaper than others, but the customer service is awful. I met the maintenance guy as well and he had a bad attitude. It stinks because I really was looking forward to moving in and ready to lease an apartment but the staff is not available or respectful of my time. Also, it says they’re only open Monday through Friday from 8 to 5 when everybody else is working 8 to 5. Most apartments are open on Saturday. This one is not. Normally apartments get worse after you move in, but this one doesn’t even want to take my money or show me an apartment. Would not recommend going here. Save yourself the time and go somewhere else.Maybe corporate will see this and find better help, someone who actually wants to lease apartments as they’re only about halfway full at this place.
