  I had to endure working with Ms. Beale. I offered 2% for her to bring a customer to the sell of my house, however, she made a deal with the buyers that she would give 1% to them to help with closing costs on top I had to give them another couple of thousand. I was essentially blackmailed if I did not pay her the 3% or she would walk with the customer. Post sale, my personal phone number was shared with the buyer and I have been inundated with questions about the house such as where is the mailbox which the realtor should have covered and complaints about the home. The contracts were not accurate and I had to provide corrections multiple times. I had to provide a deposit to rent back the house (this deal was made without consulting me) and the buyers were dragging out returning the check to me in which Ms. Beale did not assist with resolution, I had to reach out to the buyers and implore them to rip the check up.

  Amazing! Jill Bennett is simply the best at making sure every detail of buying and selling a home is as easy as possible. This is the second home we have bought with Jill and the first time we have have sold a home with her. We couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. Jill's professionalism and attention to detail really sold our home at list++ and excellent negotiation skills got our new home lower than what was asked... even in this crazy market! We are so grateful for your hard work.
