Place crumbles at the sight of bad weather , over 50 stray cats in the complex, horrible management that half the time doesn’t know what they are doing , and they are very money hungry . I only suggest living here if you are homeless or on the verge of being so . It was so horrible I broke my lease and paid my way out and they waited to the day of me leaving to say they deposited the money into the wrong account so they need another 2 grand from me . Horrible pot holes everywhere and dog shit everywhere too . If you move there after reading this good luck you’ll need it .

I had such a great experience moving into my new apartment, and I really wanted to highlight how wonderful Denice the leasing associate was throughout the process. Moving can be stressful, but she made everything feel so smooth and manageable. She was incredibly friendly, patient, and genuinely understanding of my situation, taking the time to answer all my questions and make sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. It’s rare to come across someone who is not only professional but also truly kind and supportive. I’m so grateful for her help—it made all the difference in starting this new chapter on a positive note!
The leasing agents are nice and bubbly when you tour and start the application process but don’t be fooled, they take AGES to respond and will ignore you:(
I was looking for a ‘safe’ place to move into for my family and I, and after reading all the ‘good’ reviews that are only on Google btw, we decided to tour and apply.
After calling several times and emailing, my application status kept getting delayed, and after asking for a refund I never received an answer.

I recently had a great experience at Estates at Cypress and wanted to share how impressed I was. From the moment I walked in, Gaby made the entire process smooth and welcoming. She was incredibly friendly, very understanding, and took the time to really listen to my questions and concerns.
What stood out the most was her ability to problem-solve quickly and efficiently. No matter what I needed help with, Gaby handled it with professionalism and a positive attitude, which made a huge difference in my experience.
Overall, I highly recommend Estates at Cypress to anyone looking for a place to live. If you’re considering it, definitely ask for Gaby she’ll make sure you’re taken care of!
I've lived here for years, and this apartment is not truly gated. The gates have worked maybe six times total. The keypad and app are useless because the gates stay wide open 24/7 with broken arms on each one!!!! . It's been years of maintenance and the lack of security has led to constant car break-ins. If people are purposely breaking them, why aren't there cameras to catch them and control who enters? This place truly went downhill from The Point at Cypresswoods. Also, these are the same gates that have been around since 2011—probably even before. They’re ancient and need to be replaced or fixed properly. Why didn't they just install sliding gates like Legacy? Also, the fence surrounding the apartment is broken and it’s literally shaking and waiting to fall down. There’s a giant hole where anyone can get in. Plus, there are absolutely no locks on the pool gates, which is ridiculous. The side gates have those magnets except for the very last one, which just stays open and unlocked. They fixed the other two, which is beyond weird. People just shove rocks under the gate to keep it open since there’s a giant pile of rocks right there. That rock piles need to go.
