First time around working with a well-known Real Estate company produced no sales or interested buyers in our property, just frustration with realtor over decluttering, staging the house, and open houses. We ended up taking it off the market after contract expired and no meaningful offers. Next time around, 2 years later, we interviewed several agents and decided to go with Rob Rule. Best decision we could have made. With his expert advice we were able to list and sell our home between Thanksgiving and the end of the year. It was on the market for less than two weeks when we were in talks with a potential buyer. We closed before the end of the year and got what we wanted for it.
