  Rob is my Houston area realtor for buying, selling, or leasing. Ive known Rob for over 15 years and he's helped me buy/sell/lease homes in thr NW side of Houston. At this point he can basically pic my homes for me. Rob, of course, covers all your basic real estate needs but his service go way beyond that. From reminders on maintenence tips on your new (to you) home, extra services such as fre shredding, nudges on best time to sell (or buy), and plenty of things I cant recall. Rob is a Houstin native, he knows the city, has many connections in the are, and takes time to get to know you and your family and match you with what you want or need. If you need to buy or sell a home in the Houston area, Id recommend Rob without reservation.

  I have known Rob professionally for nearly 2 years and have found him to be an exceptionally honest, smart, and tenacious Realtor. He treats all his clients' goals as though they were his own, guiding people and going above and beyond with excellent service. Rob is already a great agent and he still continues to work hard at his craft and is only getting better with time. He also has a lot of nice personal touches he offers to his clients. I would recommend Rob to anyone.

  We worked with Rob to sell my condo. We didn’t live in Texas and he was so helpful! He found people to help us, walked through the place and sent us a video and detailed our options for selling-no repairs vs some vs several. He worked with us on getting it on the market as quickly as possible and we had it sold within a few weeks and closed very quickly. He made the entire process easy for us and got us the best return on our investment. Thanks Rob!

  Highly pleased with Rob Rule as our realtor. He knows and understands the business and how to make things happen. First time around working with a well-known Real Estate company produced no sales or interested buyers in our property, just frustration with realtor over decluttering, staging the house, and open houses. We ended up taking it off the market after contract expired and no meaningful offers. Next time around, 2 years later, we interviewed several agents and decided to go with Rob Rule. Best decision we could have made. With his expert advice we were able to list and sell our home between Thanksgiving and the end of the year. It was on the market for less than two weeks when we were in talks with a potential buyer. We closed before the end of the year and got what we wanted for it. Since then, Rob has stayed in contact with us through emails and mailings that provide helpful advice should we decide to sell our current home. He is a nice, honest person and easy to work with.
