I was told I’d receive a refund for my $200 holding fee, and it’s been several weeks with no payment or update. I’ve called multiple times, left several messages, and followed up by both email and text. Each time, I’m told someone will “get back to me with an update,” yet no one ever follows through. Now, I can’t even get anyone to answer the phone. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. They took my money instantly but have shown zero urgency in returning it. It should not take weeks of constant chasing just to get a simple refund. I hope upper management sees this, because the lack of communication and accountability here is truly unacceptable.

Used pool multiple times and found it clean through out our visits. Our fav part was, it's close to all the unlimited shopping and cinemas, this made our grocery shopping and movie nights much easier. Garage parking with roof on top is blessing to keep car in shade and never faced any challenges. Staff members Helen, Anthony and Jessica have been prompt with their responses and they were superhelpful through out. Definitely recommend this place.
