- NNNo NameSep 23, 20231.0Over priced homes, irresponsive and irresponsible developer, HOA, common area are badly maintained, filthy lakes, amenity center is not ready, no pool, no pady splash, no walking/biking trails. Never seen such highly priced sub-division with such a slow provress. Think twice before buying and drive around in the neighborhood, look at the lakes.
